Since he has fins on the back of his legs, could he be Charybdis? (spelling?)

^ i dont know if those are fins and it cant be Piranha Man. unless they drastically altered his appearance for an upcoming episode it cant be him.

his real name is Perry Skope and he appeared in the Platic Man back up story of Super Friends # 45. that was his only appearance to date. maybe the show will bring him some notoriety and he'll appear in more issues in the future though.

odd character choice for a character on the show much more odd for a toy! i love it
a one time comic villain from super friends comic (old one) there are SO many one time bat villians that could be in the show! or in toy form! lots of more than 1 time villains too! oh well i'll take what i can get its like we dont even have a real bat toy line right now brave bold is like a justice league line featuring batman (most allies/villains are not batman, ie kanjar ro, black manta (although his 2nd origina has him growing up in arkham) green arrow, plastic man, red tornado, blue beetle, aquaman, rubberneck, the atom, etc) and dcuc is a dc line featuring bat characters less and less
we need another BAT line and we need it now!

^ i agree. i would rather have Zebra-Man, Cavalier, & Kite Man than say Firestorm and Gold. Rubberneck is cool for Plastic Man fans as he really doesnt have a deep rogues gallery and this is the first Plastic Man villain to get fig. but we definitely need a Batman-centric line that gives us figs of characters that have no figure yet in any form. the only bat line right now is movie masters, but that line isnt giving us new characters.

"^ i agree. i would rather have Zebra-Man, Cavalier, & Kite Man"
and i add cat man, tweeldee dee and dum, and clock king to that list! (at least their version of him)
i'd love a film freak and tally man fig somehow zsasz and zeus! ANARKY! the list goes on!
not to mention SPOILER and simon dark (no matter how bat UNrelated he is)
remember the line that started DCUC? batman by mattel evolving to dc superheso (batman & supes only) now its every wierd dc character and its distancing itself from bat as does brave and bold seem to do!
dark knight is cancelled, movie master is still based on the one movie
i'd love a BATMAN comic figure line...sigh but mattel will never figure out what we want even when its right in their face
someone said it in another thread
right now is a pretty boring time to be a batman fan (yet somehow still very expensive)
