comicscontinuum.com have some new information on the season 4 opener titled "A Matter of Family"
The fourth season of The Batman will kick off on Saturday, Sept. 23 on Kids' WB! with an episode titled "A Matter of Family" that introduces Robin to the series.
Here's how the network describes the episode:
"When the circus comes to Gotham, ruthless crime boss Tony Zucco demands protection money from the Flying Graysons, a family of trapeze artists. They refuse to pay and Zucco exacts revenge, leaving, Dick, the youngest Grayson an orphan. Having experienced a similar tragedy himself, Batman is driven to take down Zucco and in the process discovers an unexpected bond with Dick."
Kevin Conroy, who has voiced Batman from Batman: The Animated Series to Justice League Unlimited, is providing the voice of Dick Grayson's father. Mark Hamill, who voiced the Joker in those same series, is providing the voice of Zucco.
sounds like an awesome opener.

I didn't know Mark Hamill was providing the voice of Zucco... That's just plain sweetness!
First 2 episodes are a 2 parter right?

Yep. I slipped that Hammil would be joining the cast along with Kevin Conroy in our original Comic Con panel thread. I'm glad WB has officially announced it. What a treat for the fans, huh?

Is it a two parter? Or just one episode?

[glow=red,2,300]I would guess its a two parter as the Batgirl one was and there is more to explain with Robin, PLus I like it in the video at how Batman lets robin go up against bane on his own.(Yay Bane is back) ;D[/glow]

It must be a two parter or maybe the first episode just introduces dick and the second introduces Robin, Because murder, adoption, becoming robin, beating zucco, and meeting batgirl and bane is a lot for one episode.

I'm pretty sure Bane is Zucco's one man security.

I'm pretty sure Bane is Zucco's one man security. Thats not a bad prediction! Seems pretty likely, but that would mean that Batgirl would be in the first episode as well?

That is definately posible. & Batgirl will most likely be in the First episode, if not she'll be in some of the first ones. Cause in the trailer, "Who's the Pixie!?" "Robin, official partner of The Dark Knight." sure it might not be from the same episode, the Robin line, might be when they apprehend Zucco. But they will be in episodes together

Bane Is preobably part of the Injustic Gang because: Batgirl meats robin while fighting bane Batgirl is defiantly in the injustice gang episode The injustice gang is the second episode
If hes not part of the injustice gang i just don't see batgirl meting Robin, whle he's in such a good mood, while fighting his parents murderer's bodygaurd. I think batgirl would just get in the way of the first episode.

I now think that Batgirl wont be incorporated into the first episode, since the focus is on Dick and how he develops. I wouldnt understand how they could put Batgirl in the whole run, especially in one episode already packed with different scenes.

This is what "Team Penguin" is all about:
"After countless humiliations at the hands of the Batman, Penguin realizes that while he may not be able to take down the Dark Knight alone an all-star team of Gotham's most dangerous villains might just do the trick. While trying to stop this powerful force Batman must deal with team building issues of his own as Batgirl and Robin meet for the first time."

This also means Bane will be in the Injustice Gang as well. (Yay!)
