My thing about that report from the supposed writer is that it conflicts with every other rumor we have heard about this show. We orginally heard that it would not be in continuity with THE BATMAN and be a whole new show. We even got some evidence of this from the guy who said he auditioned for the role of Batman. He said he didn't get it, BUT did hear the guy that did. Said it was different. But now we have this writer who says its basically just THE BATMAN renamed and moved to Cartoon Network. His report goes against everything we had heard up till then. It just seems that we don't know which one, if either, is credible. The guy saying he auditioned or the guy saying he is a writer for the show. Really wish something official would come out about this show. DrGreenEvil I haven't heard anything on this one from my contacts. I will do some snooping high up and see if I can get some dish. Its not that final if no one has filled LOG and WF in yet. It may still be in development at this stage.

I hope it doesn't mess with The Batman! It would be sweet to have two "New" Batman Shows airing. But if it is a continuum of The Batman, Hey, Let's just be glad The Batman has gone this far instead of just two or three seasons and is still technically going.
By the way Matt, what is WF?

If I may... "WF" stands for the "Worlds Finest" which is another Superhero / animation website. As for the new Brave and the Bold show... it is NOT a continuation of The Batman. It is an all new animated series with an entirely new cast, direction, style, flavor and agenda (for better or worse). Official info over the last few months has confirmed as much.

Is it just me, or do the pictures of this show look a bit like DC's new kid line, DC Super Friends (which is so cute!).

I hope that good character driven stories with a cohesive narrative are not being pushed aside to flog toys. I don't see why you can't have both as the Spectacular Spider-man is great, appeals to kids and also lends itself to toys.

Just by the pictures alone, it kinda reminds me of the campy style of animation, seen in the 60's and 70's, a mix between Scooby Doo and the Looney Tunes. Bugs Bunny, can very well exist and stand next to this type of Batman.
It looks very cartoony...and I at first had my reservations...but then i remembered how much i was on the fence about Teen Titans and the new animation style...fast forward a few years and im fiending like a crack head for the return of them.
WB, if youre listening...PLEASE release animated features of our favorite shows...JLU, Teen Titans, Batman Beyond, Static...etc.
