This is really cool man. I wonder who the killer is. Oh, and I kind of noticed a goof. In one chapter, Batman has long ears, but the next, he has short, now long again. ? Well, that was kinda intentional, since I wanted to feature different Batman figures and their styles (and how useful their particular articulation is for the needs of the shot)...I promise I will be consistent in that Batman will always be Black and grey, pouch belt, and no oval around the logo. As far as ear length goes....let's just chalk that up to different artist styles, like when you have several different guys drawing different parts of a comic book arc ...hopefully you don't find it too distracting since I'll let you know that several more Batman variants will be appearing over the next few parts (McGuinnis and Alex Ross styles to be precise and I have a feeling that Jim Lee style will be in it before the end) I thank you, and everyone else, for checking out this series (and for closely studying the shots) and I do appreciate and encourage all forms of comments and questions. would you guys be interested in me doing a few "behind the scenes" or "director commentary" type posts after the series is done? perhaps inspire one of you to start up something like this? (trust me, it is a lot of fun...it's like justifying playing with your toys )

Who is that in the last pic of part 17? Jason Todd yeah, that (original) picture came out just a hair too dark on his face...I was hoping that him holding a batarang would help identify him, but you are far from the only one having trouble seeing who that is. I may redo that shot and edit it in later... [glow=green,2,300]UPDATE [/glow] yeah, it was bothering me, so I changed that last picture. (If George Lucas can do it, why can't I?)

I bet Murder In Gotham would become a great Worlds Finest sequel! With The Dark Knight showing off his true detective skills!

Well, not a game per se, more like just trying to beat the author to solving the crime when reading a mystery.
Also, it helps me in future endevors to see if those reading are on the same wave length as me (or if I made it too easy or too obscure)

I'm having a blast making this, and I'm very pleased to be able to present it here b0bb33z3r on Fwooshnet wrote: (My guess is) Hush, Gordon, or Gambit. Someone with a trenchcoat. Well, I'll tell you right out, it's not Gambit  You are on to something with the Trenchcoat angle... if you are feeling all detective-like, look through all the previous parts of Murder in Gotham...there are more characters than just Hush and Gordon wearing Trenchcoats...and Batman eliminated those two as suspects when he was talking to Bullock in part 9!

It's either Bullock or the Question himself...

[shadow=green,left,300] I think The Question did it, or the victim himself killed his own. I still have a hunch on Riddler though Great work j3h I have had lots of fun with this. [/shadow]

My guess is Jason Todd.

I think the Question is just too obvious. So I think I'll go for a twist ending and call it a suicide/homicide. The guy couldn't take living anymore so he hired a hitman to take himself out. May sound crazy, but I have a crazy mind.

Oooh Trenchcoat...but that really doesnt help me narrow it down. HUSH?
I really think its Jason Todd though, since we only got a glimpse of him and all the clues are basically pointing to it being a hero.

Or perhaps it is Zsasz. The victim has a similar name to Zsasz, so maybe he killed the impostor. Though he is known for his tally marks, I could see him in a trench coat.

Ok everyone, a little bit of news...
Part 21 is NOT going to be the last chapter of Murder in Gotham...
I have been working on it today and realized that for clarity sake, it will be best to break that final chapter up into two parts and to add an Epilogue.
(Now don't get all conspiracy theorist and think that I'm changing who did it because someone guessed or something... and NO, I'm not saying if someone did or not ;D The script has not been altered other than some diologue tweaking to make it easier to understand motivations and such of what I'm trying to get across.)
Tonight at midnight eastern time, I will post Part 20, and now know that the story now runs to Part 23.
Keep your guesses going, it's very interesting to hear your thoughts!

I look forward to seeing who it is. I hope that I'm right with either Jason Todd or Mr. Zsasz.

Hmmm... i think it may be wither the Question or Riddler. I think Riddler has more to do with it than meets the eye. I happy to hear there willl be more chapters. Are you going to do another series after this jh3?

Are you going to do another series after this jh3? I'm going to do...something, I'm sure. I think next up (after a little break) may be a revisitation of an older project...but that may change. I don't currently have a new story in mind, but those tend to pop up in my head randomly and quickly... so, who knows if I'll do a sequel or continuation to Murder in Gotham...but this won't be my last photostory.
