since this show seems (and definately is) aimed more towards kids than the batman (which was aimed more towards kids than BTAS) i wish that they'd in addition to this launch a hbo cartoon (like spawn) with heavy violence and language about batman
the gritty dark batman is very popular right now, i'm surprised they are going this route with the new cartoon
i also dont want a batman team up every week kind of cartoon, but just a batman cartoon

[shadow=red,left,300]^ An HBO Batman series would be very interesting! It would definitely open some new doors, and bring up fresh new stores. But I was very disappointed with Batman: Gotham Knight. (Maybe I held my expectations a little too high)
So I would be very hesitant about a new Adult Batman Series. [/shadow]

the thing is though, Batman isnt an adult comic. it wouldnt make sense to have an animated Batman show with sex, violence, extreme languange, etc when that stuff doesnt even occur in the comics. it'd be one thing if that's how the comics are or supposed to be, like Spawn, but they're not made that way and arent going to be.

I would like to see a live action Batman TV series. I think WB is missing out by not utilizing Batman more often. It shouldn't be aimed at kids, but it would be accessible to them. So they may push the violence a bit and do some more complex storylines, but it would still be accessible to kids. The type a show a kid would watch with an older sibling. Anyone else think that would be a good idea?

Unfortunately, it would be a younger Batman, a la Smallville, Dawson's Creek, etc. I would LOVE a live action show with an older established Batman, as close to BTAS as possible. I know it would never happen with WB owning the character and the younger (TB) Batman being so popular right now, but that's what I would love!!!

the batman show i propse doesnt have to have sex, at least not much, bad language from thugs and stuff i would def say some batman comics are aimed at adults, some at kids i'm sure we can all agree on that
i'd LOVE a live action show, kind of like angel the series done well, good stories, good acting could do really well, and i dont think it'd be THAT expensive
we dont have to film it in imax and all the goodies nolan did a live action show could progress characters through the season (dick grayson introduced in season 2, at the end living with wayne, season 3 midway, robin entering) villains developing, great potential birds of prey ruined any chance of that happening anytime soon
