It makes sense to me, after all parts of the Iron-Man suits are CGI, and last time I checked it looks pretty realistic.

I Fricken love the suit! After all, looks better then the suits for Cap and Thor!
BTW: Damn! Blake Lively looks HOT as a brunette! I wonder what she would look like if she had red hair?

Umm... I think this pic stinks! He looks like a cross between GL, Iron Man and the T-1000 from T2! What are the white stripes on the costume?... The symbol is glowing from behind like Iron Man!...and what's with the stubble?? I think this is a terrible picture...

So, what did you guys think of Green Lantern? I thought it was pretty decent. Yes, it has flaws but I don't think it deserves some of the harsh reviews it's getting.

So, what did you guys think of Green Lantern? I thought it was pretty decent. Yes, it has flaws but I don't think it deserves some of the harsh reviews it's getting. I feel pretty much the same way. It was decent and could have been improved in some areas. I think what really hurt it was the short runtime. It didn't give enough time for character development or interaction. They could have expanded on the supposed love triangle of Hal, Carol, and Hector and the training sequence. It definitely isn't as bad as the critics are saying. It doesn't deserve to get grouped in with Batman & Robin or Hulk. I'm hoping it gets a sequel despite the bad reviews (I mean, if Transformers can get a trilogy, why not GL?). However, WB needs to up the ante if they want to create a DC movie universe that can both compete with Marvel's as well as replace the Harry Potter franchise. I think the best way to do that is to have a runtime over 2 hours, not including the credits, and to focus on the Corps more. That way, we can show Hal training more, have more of a relationship with Sinestro, and introduce other characters like Laira and Arisia. And finally, it should be a space epic, and the best way to do that is to adapt the Sinestro Corps War and show the battle of green will and yellow fear.
