The Dark Knight got one ONLY one nod at the Golden Globes. Heath is up for best supporting actor. Your thoughts? Personally, I'm saddened to see an amazing movie like this shunned. I'm guessing its that old genre stigma that kept it out of most of the nominations. Sad.

Yeah, I saw this on Yahoo! News! This angers me, it was such a great film! I don't know what is up! Someone must have been really biased or something because TDK was way better than just one nomination! But if it deserved ONE award, it was the one it got, I'm so glad Heath got the honor...

Nobody really cares about Golden Globes anyway. Academy Awards are what matter. If you notice when a film wins awards, they always put a greater emphasis on winning an Oscar than a Globe.
On a side note, the reason I hate video game award shows is because the way they are judged. A panel of judges should be selected who have played most every game that has come out in the specific time frame they set up. Instead, it is a popularity contest. Why do I want to watch an award ceremony when it is basically the same as looking at the game that sold the most over the year. It is stupid.
