This may not be the appropriate spot for this but I need to vent...like many of us out there...I pre-ordered the TDK at Best Buy because a movie poster came with every pre-order. In addition they were giving out a Joker card. I went there on the 9th at went to get my pre-order and the sales associate stated they were all out of the posters and cards and that people were simply taking the cards and posters when they entered the store...regardless if they pre-ordered the movie or not. I contacted Best Buy Customer Service and they basically told me I was S-O-L. I've gone to two other Best Buy stores and they are all out of the poster. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Plus, I'm mad that I missed out on the opportunity to buy the mini-figures of the Joker and Batman they offered...

Unfortunately this is a common story. Ive read several posts on afew boards where Best Buy dropped the ball on their promotions.

They had tons of the Mini-Batman statue at my BB, but only one Joker statue. They also had 1 of the Tumbler set and plenty of the 2 busts. (Joker bank mask & Bat cowl) I didn't see anything about a poster or Joker card.
I ended up getting a mini-Batman (Just missed the Joker to the person who got was first through the doors) and the DVD wit hthe bat cowl bust.

I can deal with the disappointment...but my son was really looking forward to having the poster in his room. That's Unfortunately, BB seems to get some of the coolest "extras" with the DVD releases, like the mini Batman cowl and Joker Goon mask as well as the mini statues of the Joker and Batman. Those statues are going for $40-$50 on eBay. Target had a cheesey looking Batman cowl packaging and Walmart had the Two-Face coin (which I got). So I'm left to vent to fellow Batman fans....
