I'm a MOC guy myself and have had a little issue with most, if not all, of my Movie Masters figures. The glue/sealant (not sure whats its technical name is) that connects the plastic lip of the bubble of the pack to the cardboard backing is separating. This has happened to a couple of my Movie Masters that were purchased and put straight into storage for safe keeping. It almost looks as though the glue is drying out at a ridiculously fast rate... I've also had this happen to one or two of my Dark Knight Collection MOC's from 1990, but it took years for it to do this. So my two questions are...
What is causing the glue to dry out and separate the plastic from cardboard? (humidity, temp., etc.?)
and
What is the best way to fix this problem?
I have tried to research online with very little luck. I was hoping that maybe someone on LOG was into creating custom cards for figures and could offer some insight. I would greatly appreciate any tips because it is frustrating for OCD MOC'ers like myself. Thanks!

The MM figures that i have had clear tape on all of the cardboard to plastic seams. Maybe this was recognized as a problem and corrected with tape? I suppose you could try heating up the area to see if the adhesive will reactivate. You could try putting a dab of silicone on it too, but that defeats the purpose of MOC collecting. Otherwise, maybe it's time to start a Loose Mint collection?
