The Target stores in my area still have not gotten in either of the latest six-packs in the JLU figure line. I find this unacceptable. Someone has to do something about this. I would do it myself, but I don't know what to do. Please tell me what I can do to make Mattell or Target or whoever correct this situation.
Thanks.

The 6 packs are now only available during the fall/winter season. Mattel may rerelease them this fall but I doubt it.

[shadow=red,left,300]You can try finding them online or ask your local Target to order them for you, as an individual order. I know for sure Toys R Us offers individual orders.
If that doesn't work then you might be out of luck. Sorry![/shadow]

the only thing you can do is buy other stuff from that line. if a particular store doesnt stock something that other stores do, its do to poor sales of that product in your area. basically if you and other people buy JLU stuff, your Target will stock more JLU stuff.

I dont recall the specifics, but as I understand it, these 2 sets saw somewhat limited release compared to past sets. They didnt reach portions of the Country and if you didnt see them... you wont. They also supposedly wont be re-releasing these sets. According to Mattel, they want to stay on schedule with the other new coming sets rather than get behind by sending out more of these. They supposedly intend to work the various new/desired figs from those sets into distribution later in other ways (such as furture singles / 3pks etc). Sucks. Wish I wouldve bought more of these when I couldve.

I can't add much to what has already been said. As the above posters mentioned, this set is no longer shipping and was not as of the turn of the year.
Mattel realized that not many got out there and they mentioned re-releasing most of the figures in the sets later on down the line for us.

Okay, does any one have an e-mail adress for Mattel? So that I and anyone else who wants to can write to them complaining so that they will hopefully change their mind about not ever releasing these six packs in my part of the country.

I dont have Mattel's contact info commited to memory but its readily available on and around the web. I recomend posting your concerns and questions through our monthly "Ask Mattel" forum. Mattel/"Matty" also has their own Facebook page and their decisions regarding the distribution of these sets has been discussed at length there and around various toy websites.

Unfortunately, this is very common. Its not just all Targets carrying JLU exclusives either, but also Wal marts not carrying Mattel action figures period! You cant blame these retailers, at some point Mattels distribution needs to step up and get these lines out there to the stores, and ALL of them. Not just select stores in select regions. Thats rediculous for a license such as DC.

That's the 1st Wal-Mart that I have heard of carrying JLU in a long time. The wal-marts around me have all of the other mattel figures.

Thats what Im referring to about select regions. Im in NE Ohio and not one WM has the stuff. They havent carrie dthem since the 2nd wave of DCSH Superman. This is why I sold what few figs I had from that line and no longer collect them. The licensing being taken from Hasbro was the worst thing that happened to Batman toys, imo. Also, isnt JLU Target exlcusive now? How is WM in your area getting them?

When you make a purchase at Target, Walmart, Kmart, etc. there is often times a survey attached to the receipt. I often go online and complete the survey just to get to the end when you can add comments. That's when I tell them to get more Batman and DC Comics action figures. I don't know if it works, but it certainly won't hurt.

^ thats a good idea. i only fill them out when a cashier tells me i can win something if i do it. but i never thought to add comments like that. smart thinking.

My target never even got the Question 3-pack. Only many screwed up Galatea ones. My Targets suck.
