I really liked tonight's episode with the Justice Society, probably the best one since the Death Race ep. The death of the first Black Canary was good; it's another one of those moments where a kids show can get serious at times. One thing that threw off though was that Flash looked much older in this one than he did when he appeared in the teaser with Scarecrow last year.

I'ved loved them all so far, but the most memorable one for me so far is Mayhem of the Music Meister and "Drives Us Bats" should be nominated for an Emmy! Anyway, as an older Batfan I am delighted and impressed how expertly the silver age Brave and the Bold comic is brought to the screen. It is an awesome tribute to Haneyverse! If you aren't familiar with this term, here's a link that'll explain it better than I ever could. bronzeageofblogs.blogspot.com/2009/02/godlike-genius-of-bob-haney.html

The next episode should be a great one too. We're gonna have a Teen Titans thing going with Robin, Speedy, and Aqualad; plus, Ra's Al Ghul!

The JSA ep was awesome... I loved the teaser. I really wish Mattel would put small packin characters in their basic batmans than more useless weapons. Its the only way I could see getting Detective Chimp, Batmite, Bathound, etc.. Detective Chimp was cool, but FALSE FACE!!!! I did not see that coming, and it was AWESOME!!!. I want a figure now. The JSA were cool. Really happy to see Flash and Wildcat again with Hourman and Dr. Mid-Nite. Didn't know Dr. Mid-Nite was such a playboy(?). Degatron voiced by Clancy Brown was cool. Seeing Batman's original batsuit and some of his training was really cool. Really like Black Canary. Old, beer belly Batman was funny. Next week is gonna be cool. Robin, Aqualad, Speedy, and Ras Al Ghul. I wonder if Aqualad will just be Arthur Jr from the Aquaman fam vacation ep. Kinda hope Tornado Champion just kinda appears back to. An ep of a collection of the shows teen superheroes just wouldn't be right without him. Also hope it is Ras Al Ghul cause these teaser descriptions have exaggerated before. Like how the Booster Gold ep was supposed to have been Vandal Savage but it was another character. But did anyone else see this today!!!....... www.another batman site/news.php/news.php?action=fullnews&id=649 ITS FREAKING EGGHEAD!!!!!!!!!! I AM GONNA BE ALL OVER THIS!!!!!!!!! Plus Wonder Woman and Eggfu. This is gonna be one must read for me. If there was ever a comic I wanted directly translated into some kind of moving picture, this is one of them!! Hopefully now he can appear on the show. Bring King Tut to while were at it.

Another great episode. I knew Dick would become Nightwing in the end. One thing though: it was cool to see Ra's but his plan seemed more fitted for Poison Ivy.

I was amazed at the shot of the "Satelite League" including Superman. Who was the green clad heroine at the far left of the screen ? Fire, perhaps? And the "Hall of freakin' Justice!!! Too cool! Anyway this show just keeps getting better.

I love this show!!
JL satelite. Superman and Wonder Woman cameos. Cool. I honestly could care less if Superman showed up. But I really wish Wonder Woman would. Her rogues gallery needs some major promotion and feel like they would fit perfectly with this show. ^To ThatBlockoGuy. Yeah thats Fire. Loved the simulation room battle with all the villians. I really liked seeing Robin and Speedy again. Aqualad was cool. Still can't get over the boy shorts on a grown man, though. Kinda surprised we got Ras Al Ghul. He just seems a little to dark and adult for this type of show. Miss David Warner in the role. It was interesting tho to see Robin as the interest of Talia and possible successor of Ras instead of Bats. "I know how Batman thinks". "I know how Robin thinks". I loved those scenes. After Talia's little "come out from his shadow speech", I kinda thought Robin would become Nightwing at the end. It was neat to see Batman name him though. Liked the outfit. I still want a Robin figure. "Speedy, retrieve my bow!" "You were a JERK!!!!!!!!" I wonder if the Alpha 5/Alpha 6 thing was a power ranger ref?
Next week - Metal Men.

"A Bat Divided" was another awesome ep...
Teaser... I love the Riddler and the guy that voiced him was great. Hopefully he gets a full ep as the bad guy. Booster Gold was great. "Unicorns" "You don't bury survivors!!" Funny. Loved the little gag on Skeets to explain why he didn't talk. The frames of Batman and Booster double teaming on all the goons were great to.
The ep... The 3 Batmen were great. I want more surfer Batman!!!!! I would watch a show staring Surfer Batman!! When I read they were gonna do this, I fully expected that one Batman would be Nolan/dark and brooding-esque. Another would be Adam West 60's type. Couldn't think of a good 3rd in this line of thinking, though. "BATMAN DOES NOT EAT NACHOS!!!!!!!" I loved how this Firestorm was a combination of both origins, original and modern. Dauber and Patrick!!!! That bar scene with all the F list!!!!! Bat-villains was awesome. I was watching that scene thinking "I need a figure of him!!! I need a figure of him!!! I need a figure of him!!! " I want them all. I even want Sweet Tooth and Simon the Pieman. The part when Batman had Simon, holding him over his head. I didn't know who the character was at the time. I was sitting there thinking "Why is he picking on the poor chef? Its not completely his fault he works at a villain bar". When I saw the preview pics of this ep and saw Sweet Tooth, I realized that I'm in love with this show. Ron Perlman once again does a stupendous job.

Tonight's episode, "Chill of the Night", was just brilliant. It seems worthy enough to be an episode of TAS (easy to say since Paul Dini wrote it). Everything was done beautifully, especially the origins and flashbacks, and another example how this show isn't just for kids. I love we got to see Bruce's face too.
Was it just me or did Two-Face have his voice actor from TAS in this one?

Omg, yesterday's episode was so great!!! The best one yet. I just loved getting to hear Adam West and Kevin Conroy, though I wish Kevin Conroy could have been a Batman! I also loved to see Bruce's face!! Oh, and I loved seeing Thomas Wayne in an old Bat-Suit, I love that part of the Batman origin story (when it's told in the origin story).

I'm with you DrGreenEvil. I don't understand why people get so hung up on this show. Personally, I think it is a lot better than The Batman. While there are some moments that are a bit over the top, this show is brilliantly crafted, and fun for all ages. I grew up watching both the '60's version of Batman and the Burton version. I love this show for finding a good balance between these two. B&TB can be sillier, but it is not afraid to have character's killed. It delved into the origin of Batman very nicely. It explores parts of comic books that are often ignored, such as the disco suit Nightwing. It is a great show. I don't understand why more people don't talk about it here.

[shadow=red,left,300]I love this show as well, I think this show suffers from the same thing "Transformers Animated"suffered from. Despite how amazing the story lines are, it's the kiddie animation style turns long term fans off.
That and for fellow Canadian fans, Teletoon keeps moving it around making it a hard show to catch. And eventually we give up and don't watch it.[/shadow]

Nice job double posting PC, when I make a mistake I just use the modify button since it's there and all.
Now, continuing on with the topic that DrGreenEvil started. I love Batman:Brave and the Bold. It's to bad allot fans won't give it a chance so we can have decent discussion about it.
