the Batmobile from this line is now out. its odd that the Batmobile comes out before the figures. now i was looking forward to this Batmobile very much after seeing the prototype pics. i liked the design and colors. it was a nice mix of the Batman Forever Batmobile and TNBA. but then Mattel decided to go and change the colors. instead of all black with some blue, its now all blue with orange. why they made the change i have no idea but the initial colors were a thousand times better. also after seeing it i can confirm that they used the body of the Brave and the Bold Batmobile as the base. its the same size and same design. all they changed was the canopy and they added pieces onto the hood and the back. otherwise its the same, just with horrible colors.
also of note is that on the back of the box there is a pic of the Joker fig that im assuming will be included in this line at some point. he didnt get a crazy design overhaul like Killer Croc did either which is good news. im hoping they keep the figs in the colors they have in the protos. that main Batman looks great. its like a mix of Batman Inc and new 52 fused together and it just seems to work. so hopefully that stays when these finally release, which im assuming is going to be very soon since the Batmobile is out.

These just arrived from Amazon - Power Attack BatmanWhen I ordered them I had hoped the "Saw Slash Batman" was the normal Blue & Grey "Duel Blade Batman". Battle Gauntlet Batman -He has a total of 8 points of articulation consisting of - cut neck, cut shoulders, elbow hinges, wasit & t-crotch hips. Basic Cardback -Saw Slash Batman -The Deluxe have action features. This one you squeeze his legs together and his waist turns forward while his left arm chops at the elbow. (The saw is detachable) but as far as articulation for posing goes he has a cut neck and right shouder cut. everything else is solid (Minus the action features) Deluxe Cardback -

Thanks to a tip about Target having the Power Attack line in the stockrooms I just took my UPC there and had them pull a case from the back. I passed on Crime Crusher. But got everyone else. Basics are $8.99 @ Target and the dpci is 087060448. The case breakdown is 2X Duel Blades Batman (blue & grey) 2X Thermo Attack Batman (blue & orange) 2X Blaze Buster (black, red & orange) 1 Battle Gauntlet Batman (black & grey) 1X Crime Crusher Batman (orange) 1X Robin 1X Croc Let me also add that looking at the cardbacks Robin, Blaze Buster Batman, Thermo Attack Batman & Battle Gauntlet Batman all had better (cooler looking) paint decos on the protos. I posted loose pics here - www.pointsofarticulation.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?p=53596#53596

I think this is one of the coolest lines Mattel has done. I'm glad to see that they took an initiative to create an original lnie like this. Reminds me of the ol Kenner/Hasbro days.
Even though Im not collecting these, Im dying to see that M. Feeze in person.

Hi everybody, I've recently regained my interest in collecting Batman action figures, and you all seem very knowledgeable. I want to find the best new collectibles to refresh my collection. What's hot right now? If there is a better place for me to ask these questions and learn more, just let me know.

What's hot right now? If there is a better place for me to ask these questions and learn more, just let me know. First off, welcome to LoG. As far as "hot", at the moment I'd have to say the Dark Knight Rises Movie Masters. Mattel has also just started theri Power Attack line of figures that is aimed more for kids. Some collectors are still picking these up, including myself, because they do feature some cool designs for the charaters. DCD is also ready to put out wave 3 of their Arkham City/Asylum line. Other than that, there's really nothing out as far as Batman lines go. Unless you want to consider the Imaginext line.

These are already in Bulgaria to my surprise, but the price is steep. 20 bucks per figure, 60 for the Batmobile... My birthday's coming up next week, so I'm thinking of picking up either blue/grey Bats or black/grey Bats along with Robin.

Well, there's more coming this year, including another gorgeous large Batmobile (I hope they keep it in black) and a Batcycle! God my house is turning into a garage for plastic vehicles... There's pics here: www.flickr.com/photos/philipjreed/sets/72157631755506406/and here insidepulse.com/2012/10/11/new-york-comic-con-2012-coverage-power-attack-batman/I'm excited for the villains, that trans-black Batman, the ninja Batman, and the Superman playset! don't care much for the karate action figures, mostly because they lack a ton of articulation... Knight Force Ninjas were better! If anything, I kind of like this line. It's childish, but not one step below like the Imaginext (If I were 4 again I'd be all over everything!), and the lack of knee articulation REALLY kind of bothers me. But the vehicles are kind of nice, and they got cool variant ideas.

Got the Blast Lane Batmobile off of Amazon.com. It's actually a more dark gray than black over most of it,but still nice looking. Also got the Batman/Superman/Killer Croc set.The Superman looks a little strange. I ready for the new figures such as Bane and that new Joker to come out. Also there is a 4" line that some people have found,so looking for that also. For a kids line,I really like some of these.

Yeah! I've seen them in person, and they look great. The Batcycle is for a 3.75' in figure, as is the Batcopter (which is really a hang glider).
I'm gonna continue to hunt for them today.
The Batmobile is nice, but I'mma wait 'till it is on clearance, like I did on the former one, and the cave.
