[shadow=purple,left,300]Thanks for posting that, Robin! I saw that during last night's premiere of "Hell's Kitchen." It definitely shows how strong a supporting character Alfred will be.[/shadow]

[shadow=red,left,300]With this promotion going on, be sure to check out your local Verizon dealer. Perhaps they'll have some displays and such that you can add to your collection. (I know that's what I'm going to do.)[/shadow]

This is all from SHH!
"Variety reports that AMC has already picked up Batman Begins. The deal also includes Constantine and Catwoman. Here are clips from the report:
AMC has engineered one of the biggest programming deals in its history, spending around $80 million for 22 theatrical movies from Warner Bros., including the upcoming "Batman Begins," "Two Weeks Notice," "Million Dollar Baby," "The Last Samurai" and "Terminator 3."
The $80 million license fee is a loose estimate, because the total deal, which could go north of $100 million, is based on a percentage of the domestic box office, and some of the titles on the deal have not yet reached theaters.
AMC has bought two-year license terms for the 22 Warners movies, getting the first plays on a number of titles, including "Two Weeks Notice," "Million Dollar Baby," "The Last Samurai," "Ladder 49," "T3," "Insomnia," "The In-Laws," "Gothika" and "Catwoman."
Among other movies in the deal are "Ocean's Twelve," "Raising Helen," "Mystic River," "Starsky & Hutch," "Constantine," "Troy," "Murder by Numbers," "Exorcist: The Beginning" and "Alexander."
Here is a Begins skin for Winamp, and here is a Begins skin for Windows media player.

[shadow=purple,left,300]Thanks for the updates, Robin!
However, why couldn't another cable station pick this up? Oh well. Why should the excitement stop once it hits DVD? I guess I'll just have to tune in to watch AMC ruin yet another film with 60 commerical breaks and obnoxious thematic programming to coincide with its showings...[/shadow]

Oh look - Nebraska isn't on the list! Shocked! Not really. Darn dirty stinking apes.... (our IMAX is tied to our zoo, for those who didn't get the reference.)

Thanks for the info. I'm going to Tulsa on June 25th for a convention. I hope it's still playing. I haven't seen a movie on an IMAX screen and would love for Begins to be the first.

Missouri Kansas City - AMC Studio 30 IMAX Theatre
I think this is worth noting for any people near the area. AMC Studio 30 is not in kansas city nor missouri for that matter. It is actually in Olathe, kansas which is a short drive from kansas city. I think i just may be the only person here from eastern kansas (Olathe to be exact) but still worth noting. It is slightly interest that Studio 30 just put an IMAX in there theatre and the first movie they plan to show is Batman Begins. So i'm gonna see it in normal theatre and IMAX. Lucky me. Thanx robin for posting the IMAX listings.
