Also if anyone can get me a picture of him (not as Dr Crane but in the suit for Batman Begins iwould be very much happier.) Keep up the good work and remember Joker rules ! [shadow=purple,left,300]They haven't shown a pic of him yet.[/shadow]

Digging through some older pages, I thought I'd rescue the image on page 1 from oblivion. Very interesting design- very reminiscent of B:TAS' later episodes, but I suppose the design will be changed now, eh?

[shadow=purple,left,300]More than likely, though it depends on how well BATMAN BEGINS does and what Matsuda's vision is. As it looks, though, we'll have to wait until season 3 to see him.[/shadow]

we may or may not ever see him..and If we DO see him, Matsuda may re-design him by then. This image is only a 'what coulda been' pre-production pic.

I highly doubt Warner Brothers will pass up the chance to advertise the movie's villains in their cartoon. remember the Mr. Freeze and Poison Ivy centred commercials for B:TAS re-runs that showed up when Batman and Robin first came out?

Indeed, and yet if that were the case, we would be seeing him in season two, which coincides with the release of Begins...but we're not.

Doubtful. It was badly narrated by an overdramatic guy...something best left forgotten.
It also used a painfully unfunny joke TWICE taking villainous statements out of context...
Narrator: Watch Batman face deadly villains like Freeze! Mr. Freeze: That's MR. Freeze! Narrator: And Ivy! Poison Ivy: Please, call me Poison Ivy!
Oy.

wow that sucks, that design would have made a cool action figure I agree wholeheartedly action figure greatness indeed [glow=red,2,300]FOR SHAME[/glow] well now the creators are stuck with 2nd rate villains like firefly cluemaster and screface plus they overuse every possibly good idea with the joker. no offense j-fans scarecrow would have been good to show the fear of bruce wayne. plus a new villain wouldnt kill you a tear for the once proud scarecrow the master of phobias VOTE 4 SCARECROW

Batman has an extensive rogue's gallery, most of which has already been explored in depth in btas...I enjoy seeing Ragdoll being made a Batman rogue and spellbinder brought back around. Especially with Ragdoll being a main character in the new Villains United book.

Well since Scarecrow is in BB and won't be in the toon(yet), I wouldn't expect to see Ra's Al Gauhl on The Batman either.

*Heart stops* No!!!! Out of all the characters, why him? Why couldn't they axe cluemaster? I would list reasons why I think CM shouldn't have made it but I don't know what I can and can not get away with. Usually my humor/opinion is found as offensive, no matter how clean it is so I'll just skip it.
Well I'm completely disappointed. Here I am watching the show for weeks, and (reciently,) scowering forums/sites, looking, waiting, DYING to see that master of fear, we all know and love... only to find that it was a BIG waste of time. True, the new villains are NOT bad. Joker is hotter/crazier/braver than ever and Killer Croc (*swoons at Cajun accent*) is to die for but NO SCARECROW?! (Might as well shoot me now.) To me, Scarecrow is the king of all Batman villains. (But that's just my, little, "newbie" opinon.)
I was really hoping for this too. It's a major disappointment. Seeing how much darker this series was, I knew they couldn't screw him up by putting him in it. It just screams Scarecrow playground. But ya know, now that I think about it, there could be/is one "okay" reason why they didn't put him in. He's just too scary.
I know it seems stupid/funny but here me out... 'Crow was created in the 1940's. He's one of the few characters created back then that wasn't completely corny and extremely original. Unfortunately, we didn't see very much of Crane, since his first appearance because he was good idea on paper just not in the comics... ESPECIALLY for that era. There really wasn't anyway you could have that kind of character (that pulls out your worst fear(s) and plays with them via poisonious gases/chemicals) and not have it affect the reader the same way as the victim in the pages...
This is the only reason I can find for them ditching Crane like that. He's again, original idea, bad idea for a kids cartoon character. Though if they can pull him off in the 90's, (sort of) decently, why can't they do it now? Especially when all the rules have changed and villains get away with more insanity than ever before? You know, I know this is slightly off topic but I think, the only way Scarecrow's going to stop being butchered is if he gets his own comic/cartoon series that's on the same level as... meh... (my knowlegde is limited so let's say,) Spawn or The Maxx, etc.
I'm going to end this rather long entry now so I can finally hit the coffin and get some sleep. I apologize for any spelling mistakes, poor grammar or lack of sanity. I'm too dead to really care but I just had to comment anyway.

Why thank you fellow Scarecrow fan! Though I'm more of a villain than a hero.. I guess getting too many villain ratings is a bad thing here, isn't it? ^^;
*looks at the batman icon* How cheesy... I really do not like that thing but thanks for giving me two thumbs up. ;D[/glow]
