[shadow=green,left,300]The new official 'The Batman' site has launched....and thanks to WB LoG has obtained a nice, unobstructed shot of Clayface. Expect clearer images from LoG soon.[/shadow]

Top stuff matt!! thanks for sharing, hmm, this clayface seems more liquid like than others. (hope that makes sense!! lol) The face reminds me of the third clayface (Preston Payne).

Very cool, thanks for the pic Matt; I really like this version of the character! I agree with you Ra's, he does look more "liquid" than the other Clayface incarnations. I hope that Mattel makes the Clayface figure with interchangeable hands!

I hope that Mattel makes the Clayface figure with interchangeable hands! That would be a good idea for Mattel. Let's all hope the hand doesn't constantly fall off like the Hasbro one.

I think I like the old design of Clayface, though. I guess I'll just have to wait and see if he can stand up to the old one.
Seeing how they've changed alot of the characters stories around, I wonder if they will still hold true to the "Matt Hagen" actor thing?

Yes! He is AWESOME!!! I, too, hope he is Karlo, but probably not. Still, he is sweet! Grey looks good on him, and blade-hands! Cool! Love the face, too! So far I've liked every one of Matsuda's takes on each villain but Cluemaster. ;D

Looking much better than the glimpse we first saw. Still looks a bit "alien" to me but im liking him so far. cant wait to see what they really do with him as a whole. I think the original Preston Payne look/version actually would fit really well into this show. Has similar look and feel. Just an observation / opinion, even though I always thought he was kinda goofy. i prefer the morphing monster take even though I prefer my Bat Villains more human.

Indeed Matt, I have to agree. I'm also certain the Clayface episode will be the one that cements this series as being a great show--I think we're all going to be blown away by the final product, wouldn't you agree? For me, personally, I think it will wind up being the best episode of the first 13, and leave us "The Batman" fans desperately craving more.

I think the original Preston Payne look/version actually would fit really well into this show. I would love to see him running around turning his victims into puddles of ..... stuff! ;D That was always my fav thing that any version of Clayface could do. Here's a pic (actually, this is the first Clayface issue I ever owned) of what I'm referring to.

Like that idea for interchangeable hands too on the figure Darthm. Thanks FB, I wish I could come up with a good feature for the Mr. Freeze figure. Besides having a removable ice dome I got nothing. Cool pic reideen; are those long brown things Clayface's fingers? Also, can you tell me what is written in Batman's speech bubble?

Thanks FB, I wish I could come up with a good feature for the Mr. Freeze figure. Besides having a removable ice dome I got nothing. Cool pic reideen; are those long brown things Clayface's fingers? Also, can you tell me what is written in Batman's speech bubble? Sorry - that pic did come out a little small, didn't it? Here's some info on him from the unofficial DC Who's Who: Preston Payne was born with a condition which grotesquely distorted his physical features. Attempting to cure himself, he isolated an enzyme from the flesh of Clayface II which made his flesh malleable, so that he could look 'normal' at will. However, this soon became unstable, and he had to be contained within an exoskeleton, later falling prey to migraines which could only be banished by touching someone and dissolving them completely. This, not surprisingly, drove him mad, and after defeat by the Batman, he was incarcerated in Arkham Asylum, from which he was rescued by the fourth Clayface, with whom he would later fall in love and father a child. www.dcuguide.com/MiniWho/Cl.php
