Oh and there are two variants of the Batmobile. One with darker metallic fins and one with lighter blue. These can be bought on ebay for a relatively low price for anyone that can't wait!

So they are due out next year? Or has any been found now? Thanks. PJ Apparently they are being found in the mystery packs..but thats a crapshoot. They will be available in a few formats next year Thanks...Now here's another question as I'm not into collecting Hot Wheels. (Unless it's a batmobile) What are the mystery packs? PJ

People are claiming the product number is 6/24. Not being a hot wheels collector (with the exception of the Batmobiles) is this number specific to this car and where does it appear on the packaging?

I lucked out and got one today. Awesome! If someone can direct me where to look on the cardback I'll check since I kept it for this very reason. I think the 624 was the stock / lot number and all the mystery cars had that as well as numerous other identifyers. However; each mystery car has a sort of bar code sticker and "code"on the back and the reg cars dont and each sticker was diferent. The sticker on mine reads "CNKEMWDW".

This is exactly what I was looking for! I've actually opened about 20 of these, but so far no Batmobile! Oh well, a bunch of who cares Hot Wheels makes for great gifts!

Just saw a pic of 2 new 2 packs at hotwheelscollectors.com (the forum). One is an amimated batmobile, a cyclops in Joker colors and a small animated Joker fig. The other has a hypermite in Riddler colors w/ question marks, an animated batmobile and a "the Batman" figure. The figures are the same size as the ones that came w/ the Begins packs.

I actually bought these two the other day myself. One has the same (standard?) darker blue accent stripes on the Batmobil and the other (Joker set?) has the variant light blue stripes. (2.99 Ea. at Target)
