Just a message to Jeff Matsuda: Please have Bruce and Selina, in both identites, have a reationship that lasts than just on episode. And mature. If you are gonna have Robin, the show would have to mature. [shadow=purple,left,300]I don't think this will happen. Judging from "The Batman's" take on things, it likes to go beyond what's expected of it and what's already taken place in Batman continuity. I think the relationship seen in "Ragdolls to Riches" is as far as they'll go.
But I could be wrong... [/shadow]

However, you're most likely right. Time will tell.[/shadow]

"I've never seen a Batman with his first Robin not being Dick."
Perhaps they're going to take a new spin...Have you seen a Batman where Batgirl appears before Robin? (Don't say Gotham Knights)

(Don't say Gotham Knights) Well, that was just to get the girls a hero on the show. And besides, Robin was still on Teen Titans. I haven't really seen a Batman with a Batgirl first, but...um , Damn it! It has to be Dick!

I wouldn't mind seeing Jason Todd in the Robin suit, sure it breaks the mold, but like I have said before Jason has never gotten to appear in animation form, and I think it is important that he is allowed to be shown... Also Jeff Matsuda and company always puts a great spin on old characters and spinning them into something fresh and new. So no matter who Robin might be in the suit I think it will turn out alright.

Who is to say that it wasn't Jason Todd in Teen Titans? It's possible, not likely - due to the fact that Robin grew up and became Nightwing and we all know Jason Todd didn't do that. Yet.

Yeah, I don't think that it is Todd, but that would be a cool series finale for TT. The death of Robin. That would make for a very sad finale. If you got to go, go out with a bang!

While a good information source, Wikipedia does get people who post stuff that isn't true.
Is this:
Season 4 will introduce Batman's sidekick Robin (Scott Menville), Harley Quinn (Grey DeLisle), Mad Hatter (Charlie Adler) and Ra's al Ghul (Michael Dorn).

Assuming this information is true, why do they have Scott Menville as Robin? Are they really going to make a bridge between The Batman and Teen Titans? Hey, did anybody catch the episode of Batman Beyond, where one of the Royal Flush Gang was voiced by Scott Menville. I thought that he sounded rather bad as a villain. I wasn't all that impressed. I think that I had already heard him as Robin though.

What's this thing about people not wanting Dick Grayson. I mean, Batman is still Bruce Wayne and Batgirl is still Barbara Gordon. So what's wrong with having Dick Grayson appear?
Dick Grayson was the first Robin. Also, there was some Teen Titans episode. I forgot which one, but Robin was called Dick Grayson in backwards.

Well, on one episode, Robin met his alternate universe counterpart. His name was Nosyarg Kcid(Dick Grayson). But they just called him Larry.

You know, in order for them to have Dick Grayson debut, they'll have to show Dick's parent's falling to their deaths. If they did something like Dark Victory#9, with them showing it just after it happened, they could pull it off.

WOW!!!I'm THRILLED!!! Batman NEEDS Robin, as far a I'M concerned! I'm surprised how many here do NOT want Robin in the show! Dick Grayson's Robin in B:TAS/B:TNA was a DEFINITE PLUS to the show and Tim Drake's Robin made me a fan, which is HUGE for someone who doesn't really read the comics and grew up on the TV show! In fact, my son and wife's FAVORITE Robin IS Tim, 'cos he's got a 'tude!... ...well, he was my son's fave until "Batman Beyond: The Return of the Joker!" He HATED that Tim stopped being Robin and WHY! Anyway, bring on the Boy Wonder!!!

I love the idea of Robin finally coming to the show. Should have been done before Batgirl, but that moot now.
Does anyone else get the suspicion that they are doing this to get more viewers rather than to progress the storyline?
