[shadow=purple,left,300]He looks excellent! Definitely "traditional" like Matt said. I can't wait to see how he looks in action.[/shadow]

Wow! Amazing. He resembles the Teen Titan Robin a lot. Only problem is that he looks really young and small in the picture. Looks like Batgirl is gonna be taller and older than Robin too...

Wasn't that the same in Batgirl: Year One?

They really made Batman's chin alot more squared off. I liked the original pointy chin.

Could the 3D be a new opening?

OMG! The Dynamic Duo has been reunited at last! I suggest this be our new banner when Season 4 debuts.
Are his pants and boots both green? What's his R look like?

Here's what I managed to figure out:
Shirt - Dick Grayson Cape - Tim Drake Mask - Robin (Teen Titans Animated) Pants & shoes as one - Robin (All Star Batman & Robin; The Boy Wonder) Belt (the circle) - traditional Belt (the pockets) - Earth 2 Robin

HEHEHE I LOVE IT! He actually resembles a little birdie to me... which was perhaps the intent? at least in this pic. Would like to see the emblem to get the full feel, (touch of more black perhaps?) but so far I'm thrilled!

Could the 3D be a new opening? I think the 3D thing is just for promotional use.

Could the 3D be a new opening? I think the 3D thing is just for promotional use. I would agree... its very similar to the "postcard" image they used to promote the series in the begining. Virtually identical style and design.

From part of the Continuum on TB:
The Continuum on Tuesday caught up with supervising producer Duane Capizzi, who confirmed that Robin will be Dick Grayson.
"Robin will be young and scrappy," Capizzi told The Continuum..

Doesn't look as bad as I would've expected. I like the 3D look

[shadow=purple,left,300]The 3-D look is used as a promotional device, I'm sure. The Batman Postcard that originated at SDCC in 2004 was done in the same style, like Batlaw said, and that style is also featured on many covers of The Batman Strikes.[/shadow]

Continuum had another pic of Robin with Batman in the background but last I checked, the link didn't work. Sadly.

Wasn't that the same in Batgirl: Year One? Yes Robin being younger then Barbara was the same as Batgirl Year One, the only difference is he isn't wearing the pixie boots and trunks.

Looks great. He looks like a pixie, though, size-wise. I hope he's more proportionate in the show.
Otherwise, I think the design looks pretty sweet.

This is weird: here is the second pic and for some reason the Robin costume is different. Red sleeves instead of Green.

o_0 Very weird. I loved the green sleeves. I really dislike the red overpowering the suit. I would have hoped that the R would be outlined by black but it looks good. I really hope this is just a mistake

Ahh I see why I find the R weird, the coloring is inside out compared to the other Robins. I liked it with the yellow R, but we'll see how this works out.

I did a quick comparison shot, nothing like Matt's Evolution pics, but it gives an idea of what the Robins look like together. www.another batman site/animated/thebatman/robinscomparea.jpg[/img] [/url] I like the look. Congrats to Jeff and Co.!
