No new costume. I just checked out the new solicits at Comic Continuum. If you manually enter today's date in the address bar, the HTML is up before the 5 pm post.
In her regular book, Catwoman has her regular, current costume. It's just the cover of the anti-gun one shot that has that costume. It also looks as if a bat-family member is supposed to die, possibly Spoiler. I wont really miss that character.
DC Direct has a solicit for a $350 utility belt. It's kind of chincy looking for $350. There should be a batarang with it or something for that much.
