Took a minute, but I found the info.
It appears that they are tied. Deathstroke beat Bats (in Deathstroke's book issues 6 - 9, natch) once.
Bats has since beaten Deathstroke in Detective Comics #710.
After a long hand to hand fight, during which Deathstroke managed to knock Batman down (but not out) twice, the first time rather easily, Batman gained the upper hand.
In fact, a bloody and battered Slade chose to resort to his sword.
Batman countered by grabbing Deathstroke's rifle and hitting Slade with it, KOing him.

Okay, there was a three issue arc in Detective Comics where Bats fought Slade. I believe at the end of this arc, Batman gets the upperhand (some how--I can't remember) on Slade, beats him, and keeps his sword as a souvenir. The last panel being alfred putting the sword in a case and saying that he expected Slade's rifle. But prior to that last issue, Slade had Batman beat. ; here's the run down:
Detective Comics #708 (April 1997): "The Death Lottery, Part One: Heart of Glass"
Detective Comics #709 (May 1997): "The Death Lottery, Part II: Heart of Stone"
Detective Comics #710 (June 1997): "The Death Lottery, Part Three: Heart of Ice"
