This comic doesn't feature Batman, but has him a a few places. For those who didn't heed the warning in the title this is your last chance to avoid spoilers on what could possibly be the best comic of 2004.
I can't believe that they killed Sue Dibney. I had a feeling that since they said that someone would die that it would be the loved one of a hero than a hero. They have finally put out a story that shows that it is feasible for the heroes to where masks to protect their loved ones.
There have been very few, if any, comics that brought me to tears, but this one really did it. It hasn't been a year since Formerly Known as the Justice League was out with Sue playing a big part.
It is really gotten to be as Ollie said, death has happened too often with our heroes. And it all really started with Clark. For a new comer Meltzer has really got his DC history down. I didn't see any character acting differently than I would usually expect them to. It has made me want to pick up a couple of the guys books and read them.
