Need Help identifying story title and ish #

New here, so a big hello to all!

Need help identifying a batman story i've read recently -- unfo no title etc. .. the paperback did not contain that page in the printing!

story synopis: Penguin, Joker, Two face plot and infect the Batman with a virus which will kill him in 24 hours. Meanwhile, a little girl is kidnapped, and the Batman works to find her. Jim Gordon and Tim Drake (Robin) secure the antidote from Penguin (who is housed at Arkham, BTW) by playing on Two-Face's weakness. They save the Batman.

Any help identifying this story? The Title, writer, artist, ish # ?

Gotham Comics, who publish these trade paperbacks regularly omit the title and credit pages!!
