Havent read War Games, Im gonna wait for the TPB. But I would like to know the "hows" and the "whys" for certain things.

What happened between Bats and the GCPD?

Why is Oracle moving to Metropolis?

What happened to Nightwing in WG?

Why has the Bat-family been banished from Gotham (I guessing it has to do with the GCPD), and does that include Huntress?

What happened between Bats and the GCPD?
Batman took over their airwaves and ordered them to certain places and to do certain things...which backfired and led to several of their deaths and more killing...he also told them only to use nonlethal force, which they soon dropped and made it open-season on masks.

Why is Oracle moving to Metropolis?
She's not...she has Lady Blackhawk and one of her company's planes and will be, basically, a traveling circus with Huntress , Canary, and Blackhawk taking a pro-active stance against major crime across the globe.

What happened to Nightwing in WG?
He was shot in the leg, which stopped him from being able to help in the final act...Too much bleeding and it got infected, I believe when he passed out outside with the wound (explains why he was out for so long with the fever in Nightwing 99).

Why has the Bat-family been banished from Gotham (I guessing it has to do with the GCPD), and does that include Huntress?
Huntress is with O & canary. No one was "banished" per-se. Robin left because his Dad, Girlfriend, and good friend (the mob daughter's chick) all died and he needed to get away. He found a clinic in the 'Haven that could take care of his Dad's wife, or whatever she was from mental instability she experienced at Jack's death. So he went. Batgirl hasn't been explained yet. Orpheus is dead. So that only leaves Batman & Nightwing in Gotham, and they seem to be teasing that they will both be in Gotham (without police support) once War Games ends.

So, basically, here is how it is right now:

Batman: In Gotham with only Nightwing with no police support.
Nightwing: Alone in Gotham with Batman, picking up the peices and regaining his confidence he lost.
Robin: In the 'Haven with his new base in a Wayne-Corp. building.
Batgirl: In Bludhaven, reason TBA.
Catwoman: Still in the East End, but mad at the bat because of Stephanie.
Birds of Prey: Travelling from City to City, their mobile base is an awesome stealth equipped plane (thanks to Ted Kord)
Orpehus: Dead
Spoiler: Dead
Jim Gordon: Leaving Gotham (If I remember right)
Tarantula: Being "taken down" by Nightwing in NW 100.
Penguin: Driven out of Gotham by Black Mask, lands in the 'Haven.
Black Mask: Head of all organized crime in Gotham.
GCPD: Showing much hate for the Batfamily.

Also, the chick who helped Orpheus/was his body guard is staking to help in he Hill.
