 Harley all the way 8-)the fact that she started out as a cartoon character and was so popular that she was worked into the comics just blows me away!!!!also she is the main mans sidekick so you gotta love for that alone.best DC female character IMO

I looked at Batgirl: Year One. Give this girl some credit. She faced the fact that no one wanted her to be a cop, no one wanted her to be Batgirl; but she learned from the best and beat the odds. Even when she was shot by the Joker, she taught herself to use the computer and became Oracle. She go girl!  |

I've always been a huge fan of the Gotham Girls, and I completely fell in love with the gimmick of an environmentalist super-villain. Go Ivy!
