Imagine this: you've just given total control of DC Comics and they give you a few assignments. You are to go through all the DC titles and make changes. You can make new creative teams for 3 ongoing titles, cancel 3 titles, and create 3 new titles. If you had this kind of power, what would you do?
What I would do:
New Creative Teams:
All Star Batman and Robin- Keep Miller, fire Lee. Lee's the main reason the book keeps getting pushed back anyway. I'd replace him with Tom Mandrake. His style suits Miller more. More gritty.
Superman/Batman- John Byrne as both writer and artist. It could work.
Detective Comics- Jeph Loeb and Tim Sale. They're that damn good.
New Titles:
DC Confidential- Expanding on the Confidential series, this could give up and coming writers and artists the chance to write stories about other DC heroes.
All Star Justice League- Since all the All Star books take place in different universes, this could be a good book for a new version of the league.
Batman Beyond- It's the same story, but then again it's not. It would be about Terry McGinnis taking over as the Batman of the future.
Cancelled Titles:
Legends of the Dark Knight- With Confidential coming, who needs this $#!t? Besides the stories are sucking now adays anyway.
Teen Titans Go!- Shows over, why do they continue?
All Star Batgirl- It hasn't started, but I would make sure it wouldn't. With all the other DC heroes in the universe, how the hell does this sidekick get a series?
Anyone else?

What I would do:
New Creative Teams:
Superman/Batman- Peter David and Arthur Adams
Detective Comics- I agree with you-Jeph Loeb and Tim Sale.
Batman-Alan Grant and Norm Breyfogle
New Titles: Animal Man-One of my favorite heroes in his own book again.
'SupperBuddies'-since almost all the members of the Giffen era Justice League are not as they were, I would like to see a 'Tales of" style book. With the original team of course of Giffen, JM D and Maguire.
Batwoman-Frank Cho

Both you guys have great picks.
I am with you 110 % All Star, cancel ALL Star Batgirl before it even comes out LoL....
Gotham Love that you have included Norm Breyfogle, he is one of my all time favorites.
I am going to need some time to think and I will post what I have soon, what a great thread

Oh man!! Breyfogle is the king!! I would be keen to get a hold of him in any bat-book possible! I agree that cancelling All Star Batgirl before it even starts is the way to go. I'd also bump off Legends if that is the direction that Confidential is taking. New series? I think that I would be the only person who would buy it...but I'd love a Spoiler miniseries by Chuck Dixon and Damion Scott. I'd have to think longer and harder about other teams and cancellations. But Breyfogle on anything...and everything...ever.
