[shadow=red,left,300]Thanks for the heads up Batlaw. I'm a Heroclix junkie, and the new set looks to be the best one yet! Jeff, the Joker is the one from the Killing Joke. Take a look.[/shadow]

Damnit! I might have to try and find that one! That'll make 2 Heroclix in my collection. The FCBD Batman and KJ Joker if I find him.

Any idea which clix are in the Icons starter packs? I've looked online and all I can find is a referece to "6 preselected figures" which doesn't help me.

The new sets are out! I was tempted to get the starter set since it comes with best of the bat family, but I opted for a standard box instead... luckily I scored a new Scarecrow, WW, Starfire and unique Joker? (in vacation clothes)! Gotta say, the sculpts and paint on these appear quite improved. Looks like I'kk be spending more at the shop every week now for a while! You got a good pack there! I am very tempted to buy a pack or 2, but hopefully I have the will to resist.

I found them yesterday, but they weren't priced. The person at the counter said he *thought* they were $19.99. This store is typically overpriced so I passed.
Is $19.99 a normal price for these or should I be shopping elsewhere?

Is $19.99 a normal price for these or should I be shopping elsewhere? I would keep shopping Reid I'm sure plenty of retailers will likely charge between 15-20$, but the average cost for the "Starter Set" should only be about $11-12.99. Booster packs shouldnt be more than $6-7.99. If youre lucky, some comic shops like mine will also have a wide range of singles for individual sale too. Depending on thei individual "ranking", and not counting "uniques", singles shouldnt be more than $1-3.00. Most uniques average about $9.99 (initially). Yeesh, and I dont even know how to play the dang game! lol

I would keep shopping Reid Thanks - that's kind of what I thought, but since, like you, I don't play the game, I really don't have a clue. I've seen singles available for purchase, but never any that I really want.
