[shadow=purple,left,300]Croc looks great! I can't wait to see the final product. Mad Hatter is wicked, but being old fashioned, his hat should be there. Anywho, I think you should post your Ra's Al Ghul concept from the SHH boards... he looks great. [/shadow]

Just thought of an idea, if you ever do a claface, you should do it sort of like he was in Birds of Prey show. Semi-human (that would be more realistic), like put him in plain blue pants/shirt with a number in the corner of the shirt (like an arkham inmante), his face disfigured along with his skin, kind of bumpy like. I f you saw BoP, you know what I mean. Just a suggestion ;D (btw, I still love Croc! Woo!)

Ok here's the finished version of Killer Croc.... And here are the Ra's sketches I did...this is NOT the final version I'll be doing, just some really quick pen sketches I did. And lastly here's a quick drawing I did of the new Batarang from "The Batman". I actually managed to nail this thing out in under 20min....not too shabby huh?

hey, cool Croc! And I'm still making customs, but could you e-mail me those labels/logos/descriptions you were talking about in the post? cafeboy864@msn.com. Right now I only have an extra The Batman Bats, and The Batman Joker. But here is how the customs will be made: Batman-simple paint over symbol with flat grey, stick on the new OneDisturbedSOB symbol. Voila! Joker-The Batman Joker, "ripping" off his two lock of hair on the sides, painting the sleeves of his jacket tan, on the left arm, where the sleeve ends. Cut out a cloth sleve to attach (tan) that has no end. Pur the "numbers" on the front, blood spatter the jacket, and add red bracelet to right wrist. Scarecrow-BTAS Crow with added FF4 lab coat, (custom "badge"), add the tubes of his mask with either paint or sculpey, give him a blood spattered hatch like he has. Litttle details added. Dne. Riddler- JLA Lex Luthor with repaint, added details. Done. Or, Lex head on Bruce wayne body (requires more work on details) Catwoman-Still working on this one, most likely, just going to use Hush Wave 2 Cat when it comes out. But scale will be off, so I was thinking of a BTAS Catwoman/TNBA Catwoman mix. I don't want to make Penguin (too much work), Two-Face (meh), or Mad Hatter (weird bases would cause trouble). but, I want to make Killer Croc, BADLY. Oh, and DisturbedSOB, if you decide to do my Harley "design" I would make her also. Let me know if you need better pictures of the Batman logo I did, or any logos I did for that matter. I'm actually kinda taken back that anyone would make customs based on my drawings. I dabble with customs/sculpting myself, but I've actually never done anything based off of an original design I came up with. Who knows maybe in a few years I'll be able to turn these designs into full on sculptures...how cool would that be!?

Here's a thought. Why doesn't someone create some fan fiction for these works, and LoG will have an entire fan section dedicated to the artwork, figures and storyline!
If that idea is acceptable to all parties involved, of course!

I've done mini bios for all of my designs so far, but I'm FAR from being a writer. I've had these ideas in my head for years and with the upcoming release of THE BATMAN, I thought what the hell, might as well get them on 'paper' before I forget.
I have a ton of ideas for each of the characters if someone wants to e-mail me and work something out. Anyone can e-mail me at OneDisturbedSOB2@aol.com if they want to go over any ideas.
Thanks Matt, that's pretty cool of you to offer to dedicate and entire section to my stuff.
Still waiting for my response from Matsuda....hopefully he likes them too.

I know Jeff loves seeing fan art. He is really busy though, so if he doesn't get back to you, don't sweat it.
Anything 'the Batman' themed has won an instant ticket to my heart lol. Let me know via PM if you get things together for this, and we'll get something set up on the site.

Yeah I heard he was a really nice guy, and always willing to look at fan art. He actually e-mailed me back about 3 hours after my initial one to him...I was shocked. I'm jealous that you're going to get the presskit from THE BATMAN, and it comes with a batarang!? oh man I need to get on board with these people so I can snag some of that stuff for myself. Batman '89 is actually on right now on TNT....irony huh?

PS... Did I ever post this? I actually love the show iMucha Lucha! and I was bored a few days ago so I came up with a couple of these....here's Batman, err I mean EL BATEA! If you look closely you can see another logo I came up with for Batman...you'd be surprised how many variations of his logo you can come up with. I've done Superman, Spider-Man, Batman and Captain America. I get a kick out of these, and they're easy to do!

I got my response from Jeff Matsuda today. He said that it was always fun to see different people's visions for characters and that he especially liked my Scarecrow design...said it had good direction.
He told me to keep in contact and let him know what I thought of the 'toon once it aired, and thanked me for visiting his site.
Overall the guy seems like a really nice person. It's very flattering to have someone like that review your work and give you a good response. I am VERY surprised at his speedy response to my e-mails, I really didn't want to bother him with my questions, but I was eager to hear his feedback.
I did send him another e-mail thanking him for his time, and asking him for a few pointers regarding getting into the comics/animation biz. Hopefully I'll hear back from him....very cool guy, he's made me an even bigger fan than I was to begin with.

Woo, haven't posted in three days or so (school shopping etc), but that fan fic i created for you, (episode one, pilot) is finished, just fine tuning. I'll post the thing here if you want. And as for the customs (I'm making them), I just am more concerned about the fan fics as of now (working on episode two currently), I have all the custom bases though. And i have a question on teh customs, would you want just ONE batarang on the belt, o is their a full clip? just wondering. Love the designs, keep em coming (and Harley should DEFINETELY be next, haha). For the batmobile, i haven't seen your input, but that's gonna be customized too for sure.

I must say...I am truly in awe of these designs. What program do you use to color them? I use Paint Shop pro 7. I've been inspired by your designs to put some of my own on paper. I'm working on picss for the fanfic I started. Keep up the great work!!

Everything is done in Adobe Illustrator 10
As far as the batarangs on his belt, I imagine he would have a couple of them lined up on his belt and clipped on like that. You don't need to go that far with the custom though.

It's so weird to hear some people say "I love your Penguin" on the same boards as the people that say "your Penguin is the worst one"....just shows that there is a such a difference of opinion around here.
Thanks for the compliment....I should have some more stuff up soon. I'm also working on a personal website that should be up in a week or so, I think you guys will dig it.

Hey OneDisturbedSOB, the finished version of my fanfic was sent to you in your e-mail address (wouldn't fit in a pm). I'm working on episode two now. And okay on the batarangs, making three, with cardboard and yoru design. Appropriate size. Will e-mail pics when finished, then it's on to Joker, then Riddler, then catwoman, then Scarecrow, then...AHHHHHHH!!!!!!! *explodes*

Here's something I came up with earlier today, based on a description that was given in Darkraven's fan fiction story....I tweaked it a bit from the design, but it serves the same purpose. Loved the story by the way, needs a little fine tuning, but I like the overall idea a lot. I hope Matt can put something together to showcase all of this cool stuff soon. ___________________________________________ This is my design for a mini-batarang. This would serve more as a shuriken type weapon that Batman would use to slow his enemies down or to stun them momentarily(hitting them in the leg or shoulder with one of these would stun them long enough for him to take advantage of the situation). These are noticeably smaller than the regular batarang, and can be used for other things such as cutting or close range combat. They are housed in a small spring loaded dispenser that is capable of holding up to 6 mini batarangs at one time.

Nice! Thanks for the kind words on my story, glad you liked it. I'm all done with bats, but now, I'm making the smaller batarangs, you'll like the other ones, and I'm going to hot glue the "spring loaded" pouch on. As of now, I'm working on the second "episode", "Fate" (it's a Catwoman episode), and then, I'm working on a Scarecrow one, you will LOVE that one *evil laugh*......

Ok everyone, here's my latest designs. Sorry it's taken so long but I've been swamped with some other stuff. I have a little free time so I'll be able to work on Ivy next. Anyway until then, enjoy... Harley Quinn... and a bio for her: In the beginning of the "show" I would start her out as Doctor Harleen Quinn, or "Harley" as she was called as a kid - freshly graduated from Metropolis University, speacializing in criminal behavious with a BA in chemistry. She would be a newly transfered psychiatrist from Metropolis over to Arkham Asylum in an attempt to get a better understanding of the criminal mind. She gets more than she bargained for when her initial patient is The Joker himself. Convincing Dr. Quinn that he is just a helpless victim with an "illness" The Joker begins to manipulate her mind into totally believing that Batman is the one to blame for all of the crime in Gotham. Dr. Quinn becomes irrate when she is reassigned to another patient seemingly because she has become "too close" with The Joker. Now completely convinced of his stories, Dr. Quinn arranges a break out of The Joker under the guise of a hostage attempt (The Joker threatening to kill her if he is not released from Arkham). Once free, Harley admits to The Joker that she has become fascinated with him almost to an obsessive point, and is willing to help him exact his revenge on Batman for all the wrong doing he has accused him of. Months later The Joker and the seemingly murdered hostage victim Harleen Quinn...now renamed "Harley Quinn" and sporting a look that matches her new "fun loving" personality, Joker and Harley resurface to begin a murderous crime spree throughout Gotham in attempt to lure The Batman into the open where they plan on launching a full scale attack of the newly created "laughing gas" (which causes all the nerves surrounding the mouth to constrict into a permanent smile, thus causing the person to essentially suffocate themselves). And here is Gordon who is LOOSELY based on the idea of Morgan Freeman playing him in the movie.
