I don't think anyone posted this... Anyway, this product is out now. Retail for the whole set is around $180 HKD = $23 USD. Official page from Hot Toys www.hottoys.com.hk/product.php?cat=23&pid=154Information regarding the product: Collector Dioramas Figure + SNAP KITS
Total five (5) Diorama designs in 3-4" tall each, including: ~BATMAN in flight ~BATMAN bust ~THE BATMOBILE ~Ras'al Ghal & Scarecrow ~BATMAN in hunt Bonus : Approximate 4" high fully articulated BATMAN SNAP KITS
Each diorama comes with pieces of SNAP KITS.
Collect all five dioramas, get a complete BATMAN SNAP KITS figureCouple pictures of the Batman figure: I must give credit to Hot Toys for producing such facial likeness in a 4" figure. But is it me, or is the cape way too big? I am still deciding if I need this set, or I can just wait for the Takara Batman Begins Microman which will be released in August.

Is this coming to the US?
That "Ra's Al Ghul" bust has the best likeness of Watanabe I've seen on any of the toys (the pictures might just be off so I can't really tell but it looks like his face has more character then the Mattel ones which looks more 'generic bald guy')
Does this mean my dream of a Katsumoto custom could be near execution?! or will I never see these toys!

I hope most of you guys enjoy the pictures. However, if you are just getting them for the poseable Batman, you guys should wait for the Takara one: www.takarahobby.com/new/0507batman/index.htmlIf you are getting them for the mini-busts, my friend said they are not so well-painted, comparing to Japanese produced one coin figure. Hope this information help you to decide if you wanna make the purchase.

Contrary, mine are amazingly well-painted! Very, very cool. The detail is much better than Mattel' and DC Direct's stuff.
Anybody give me any tips on getting the snap together bonus Batman figure together? I can not get his lower legs on!

Anybody give me any tips on getting the snap together bonus Batman figure together? I can not get his lower legs on! Just puuuuuush~ That's one of the problems with Hot Toys snapkits, they are hard to put together, well at least to some people. The AvP snapkits has many sharp edges on the arms and legs, and some collectors cut their fingers while trying to snap the thing together. I remember reading from another forum that soak the parts in warm water or warm them up a bit with a hair dryer and then try snapping the kits together. Good Luck!

Hey, thanks for the pics!
I've been dying to see a head-on shot of that Scarecrow. I hear it's a bit small for Marvel Legends/DC Direct scale, but now, seeing it from the front, I'm not too crazy about the sculpt.
But man.. the rest of those pieces really do look sharp.
Thanks for the pics!

i got them and posted this in August in the other section of the forum: the 2nd Item is from a seller called HK Apestore (link to his shop: stores.ebay.co.uk/hk-Apestore) and his delivery from HK to the UK was very good, I bought them last tuesday, and received them today (tuesday), so 7 days is impressive. the items all come unbuilt, but they only take a couple of minutes to put them together, and he supplied all the boxes flat-packed too. they are very well made and of a much higher quality than what i was expecting. here is my display on my monitor: some closer pics: img.photobucket.com/albums/v59/Muks_C/Batman/Diorama2.jpgimg.photobucket.com/albums/v59/Muks_C/Batman/Diorama3.jpgimg.photobucket.com/albums/v59/Muks_C/Batman/Diorama4.jpgjust 1 design problem with the Bust model, it portrays him pulling the gauntlet on as if it was a fabric/material glove, but the gauntlets are rigid metal pieces which obviously couldn't be manipulated like a normal glove, but aside from that, they are great display items, and I'm really happy with them. I recommend them to anyone looking for an alternative to the DC Direct mini-statues. some more pics of them unbuilt and partially built, the CD is there to show the scale: img.photobucket.com/albums/v59/Muks_C/Batman/Diorama5.jpgimg.photobucket.com/albums/v59/Muks_C/Batman/Diorama6.jpgimg.photobucket.com/albums/v59/Muks_C/Batman/Diorama7.jpgimg.photobucket.com/albums/v59/Muks_C/Batman/Diorama8.jpgimg.photobucket.com/albums/v59/Muks_C/Batman/Diorama9.jpgimg.photobucket.com/albums/v59/Muks_C/Batman/Diorama10.jpgin the 5 diorama packets, there are a few pieces of a bonus poseable figure, so if you buy the complete set of 5, then you get all the bits you need to make this bonus figure. it has ball joints on all its joints, but because it is so small, some of them hardly move. it even has an alternate set of hands (1 set are fists, 1 set are open) and also a tiny batarang and phone, which can be placed in the open hands. the cape even has wire in the hem, so it can be put in poses too. a pic: img.photobucket.com/albums/v59/Muks_C/Batman/Diorama11.jpgimg.photobucket.com/albums/v59/Muks_C/Batman/Diorama12.jpgYou can see the size compared to the 5" Collectors Edition next to it, I just about got it to stand up so I didn't change the pose between pictures. The bonus figure isn't that amazing, but I would recommend the set for the 5 dioramas, I though they would be poor rip-offs, but even if they are rip-offs, they are high-quality ones. -------------------------- there's also a camo version of the tumbler, but i haven't got it. that seller has a full set at the minute for $19.99 on Buy It Now if you're interested: cgi.ebay.co.uk/HotToys-Batman-Begins-Collector-Dioramas-FullSet6_W0QQitemZ6025212545QQcategoryZ348QQcmdZViewItem

Those are freakin amazing! I want them all! Except one of them could use a better cape, actually have leather on it unlike the movie Batman, but the figures and models are amazing

I love the 'Batman in Flight' figure, looks so real and just how Batman would soar down form a rooftop
