Those are GREAT. Let's pray we make it to that wave in the States. Series 1 is already warming the pegs in my area. If you can buy an extra figure for a friend or a toy drive , do it. Just remember what happened to the Batman line. It would be a shame not to get those. They've flown off the shelves here in Northern NJ/NY. Even Croc goes fast. Bust so far only Targets & Wal-Mart have had them here. I still haven't seen one at any TRU stores yet. PJ

Thanks for the pics Reideen! Hero for you-now I can stop driving around to bookstores looking for them. Now that I've seen the pics, here are my thoughts
THE GOOD 1.Batgirl-both of em.Both are big improvements over the versions we have already received from DCD.Babs looks....awesome.And Kassie Kain Kant Kome fast enough(sorry Matt..I couldnt resist)
2.Tha Villians-both Brainiac and Lex look way better than the versions being produced by DCD-so much so that I and a lot of other people are going to pass on the DCD versions and wait for these(although I'll pass on Lex-I personally would have much rather had business suit, president Lex with snap-on Battle armor).Darksied is great..especially since he seems to be in scale. As long as the molds dont get screwed up overseas and shrink him,he should be a winner.
3.Bats-I LOVE that blue and grey Batman figure-he looks bulked up from the zipline figure.I dont usually care for multiple variations of the same character but I really want that Bats.
THE BAD
1.The Repaints-I really dont care for Joker or Freeze.I already own both of these figures and there just isnt enough there to make me wanna buy them again. If Joker had come with a realistic colored hammer..perhaps with the no-bats logo the overseas version was supposed to have..or if Freeze had his Freeze pistol...but I didnt see either of these things so pass for me.
2.Chase Figures-I can feel in my bones that Mattel is going to make Babs a chase.I REALLY hope I'm wrong and that both her and Cassie ship in equal amounts. If Babs is a chase I know a lot of people are gonna be PISSED-myself included.
So...thats my thoughts.I really hope the line does well and we get all these figures sooner rather than later. It kills me that the Batgirl figures wont be out till years end-istn ther anyway these can ship sooner? And when do we get to see 2-Face? Toyfair? Here's hoping that a 4h Harley Quinn is in the works...

[shadow=red,left,300]I'm blown away. Both Batgirls looks fantastic..really rival anything DC Direct throws the fans' way. The Superman series looks top notch as well. Looks like I will be picking those up too.[/shadow]

Right now, that may be the case. Who knows what's going to happen OYL... I thought I saw it "mispelled" Kane on one site. That reminds me of a certain Batwoman. hmm...indeed it does......

I picked up Lee's yesterday, they really look great. I can't wait to see what the Two Face figure looks like. Really digging the frost on Mr. Freeze's helmet too.

I want to point out a few things.
Firstly, it mentions Two-Face in wave 4, I believe, so any nay-sayers can now be put to rest. The info given by me, Joker INC and PJ was obviously perfectly sound. So nah. lol
Next, it lists FIVE characters for that wave...Batman, Batgirl, Batwoman, Two-Face AND Joker...so that means, in all liklihood, my prediction about the Batgirl chase issue may be on target...at least in some format...

Matt,I'm right there with ya on the Batgirl issue-I'm 90% sure Babs is gonna be the chase. Also,I finally read the Lees article today and it mentioned upcoming accessories-including the bottle city of Kandor. How much ya wanna bet this ends up as a Chase Accessory with Brainiac ala Osito?

The new Batman's face almost looks a little Frank Miller,a nd I think will probably end up being my favorite batman figure ever made. There's only one character that's really conspicuously missing fromt hat lineup, and that's Two-Face. I wonder when he'll start showing up. I do remember reading that he was going to be one of the figures, right? Like, way down the line.
Also, the Babs Batgirl is fantastic, and I pray she doesn't end up being a chase figure. Maybe if they just had one of each batgirl per case they'd both be "short-packed" but neither would be a "chase." That's best-case scenario, IMO.

Also, I may be in the minority, but I like Babs way better than Cassie, and wouldn't lose an ounce of sleep if it turned out that Cain was the chase, because I probably wouldn't spend too much time looking for her. Babs, however...
If Babs is a chase, I'm a-gonna be a sad Ralph.

me too.theres more to be gained from having DCSH out first and its more likely that a kiddie after buying a Comic based Supes will want a movie version too after seeing the movie than Vice versa

Because the 4H didn't sculpt him either.

Make it like the new suit with red and black? hmm..if they HAVE to re-fresh him that would be a nice way to do it...at least its good for somethin'! I have to assume he's not a new sculpt, since Joker and Freeze aren't.

So I read from the 4horsemen site that they didnt scupt robin....um, now im wondering if he turns out ok That's correct the Horsmen didn't sculpt the original Robin, Nightwing or Superman. And I asked CB if they had sculpted a new hyper articulated Robin for the DCSH line and he said they didn't do a Robin for it. So I'd say either we just get a re-release of the original Robin from Mattel's In House team...or hopfully Mattel's In House team gives us an updated version. PJ
