I managed to take some pictures of some Batman toys at the German toyfair in Nürnberg. The place to go is of course Mattel, since they have most of the action figure licenses for DC characters, but they wouldn't let me in (cry! I want to see what they did with superman) Mind you superheroes aren't that big in Germany, so it's a toyfair mainly showing tradional toys (and trains, there are trains everywhere!) Anyway, while we wait for the NY Toyfair, here's some pictures for your enjoyment: Bat's himself was of course present. And so was Catwoman. Not sure of who made this, but it's about 10-12 inches high and made of painted injection molded plastic. Batmobiles from Corgi Supes was there too. And so was his train (!) made by a company called Trix. Nothing to do with Batman, but it really made me laugh. You can easily imagine Wile E. Coyote sitting across the seller, going through the catalogue. For Lego's products, Check this thread

Speaking of ToyFair, is anyone from LOG going to be on-hand? I know there are some various gettogethers going on all this weekend and early next week, but I hadn't heard anything specific to LOG.
I'd love to put a face to a name if you guys are going to be in town!

So might we get a full look at DCSH Two-Face then? Yes..I will confirm for you that Two-Face is supposed to be shown. Now, there could be a delay, but as it stands, we'll see him!

We heard from the 4H today that they brought him to Toy Fair, now it's up to Mattel if they show him.

And so was Catwoman. Not sure of who made this, but it's about 10-12 inches high and made of painted injection molded plastic. It was made by Monogram, came out here in the US awhile back. She's sitting on my desk, actually.

Hey, Matt! I found a link to a site with EARLY PICS from the DC booth at Toy Fair! I do not know if this will be frowned upon by you or anyone at DC, so I will e-mail you the link and let you decide whether or not to post the it here, OK? I will only say one thing...LOBO!

Does anyone else find the Robin from Dark Victory badly colored? I think the blue highlights in his hair make him look dorky, like he's trying to be a punk and failing. Understandably, he has those highlights in comics, but what works on a page doesn't always work on a plastic figure.

wOw thanks for the sneak peaks Bonven, /\/\att, and MauledVader, those pictures are absolutely amazing.
When do the Who's Who Mystery Boxes come out? I remember the comic from the 80's and I thought it was a great series, wish they would update and come out with a current Who's Who line. The Mystery Box looks like it has Flash, Batman & Joker, Hal Jordan & Abin Sur, Superman & Mr Myxliplitz (excuse the spelling). I hope they have a death in the family scene...
The Dark Victory figures look really cool, and I am wondering if the blue highlights in Robin's hair is there or is it some sort of brightness from the flash of the camera.

I'm still not sold on the first wave of Who's Who but the second wave is a huge improvement. I must have that Batman.

Ok gang does anyone know anything about the DC Direct Re Activated line, most importantly the blue and grey Batman (I'm hoping the Jim Lee gloves are just for the prototype).

I believe the reactivated is a line of re-releases all put together to be definitive versions of each character

I believe the reactivated is a line of re-releases all put together to be definitive versions of each character Strange choice for Wonder Woman, then. Looks like Re-issue might be a better name. Anyway they can call it whatever they want as long as we get that 70s style Batman. Will it be what appears to be a repaint of the Hush Batman or a new sculpt. Kinda cheesey if it's just a repaint considering the fact that we just got one in the Secret Files line.
