The one from Ty Templeton? Exactly! I'm trying to make my drawing style a bit like in TAS and the book would really come in handy.

Hey batfan..do you still need this?
I have this book in my collection somewhere...I can try to scan a few pages in for you.
its an oversized book, so it may not scan perfectly, but I'll see what I can do!

I have the how to draw Batman book by Ty Templeton but it's really geared towards kids. You'd be better off to get your hand on a copy of Batman: Animated of check online for some model sheets.
If you have intermediate drawing skills, there's nothing the templeton book can really teach you.
Cheers!

Im not sure if its much help But Batman animated by Chip Kidd has some pretty good rough sketchs of Batman from the animated series, pretty easy to work from they're pretty well broken down.

Sure, but I have no-way to get my hands on that book for now. I'm 14, so no PayPal, so no Amazon or eBay.

FYI I just saw a new "how to draw" book / kit at my LCS. It appeared to be in entirely Timm animated style. Looked like a new item and retailed for $14. Comes with art pen, pencil, comic art pages and tutorial. Ask your local comic shop or book seller. Another option would be the special features on most the DCAU dvds... several have quick little special feature segments on drawing the BTAS characters.

Scanning is a waste of time. The book is just too oversized. I may try taking pictures of the pages to see if that comes out better.

I really need it too, and I have the same problem as the person ho made this topic. It would be really nice if someone could scan this, especially the page with the Joker. I also heard that the 'How to draw Batman Beyond' and 'How to draw The Batman' books exist too. I know this topic is a little bit outdated, but here's just a little reminder that some people still really need it. And obviously it's not impossible to scan when you have two pages scaned...pls guys, really need this
