I think the first episode they aired was Holiday Knights. It is also the first episode on disc 1.

However if you notice - that the new robin is in it but his origin is listed as the 2nd epidsode and clayface makes a return after his time in BTAS when he died which is not explained until growing pains - so i believe that Holiday Knights should be the finale of TNBA not the Pilot!!
