Excellent story!! This is my favorite one with a close tie with #17. I loved Batgirl's outfit in this story and how Firefly had came into the mix. Great job Chris, Terry, Bill, and crew.

I already got the issue. Expect my review later today.
EDIT: Correction: NOW!
REVIEW: Season Two of The Batman had an episode called "Fire and Ice". The plot was obiviosly based on the film "Batman & Robin" but there were things in it that made it better than that movie was. But it did have a team up that I wouldn't believe would happen: Mr. Freeze & Firefly. Why would two villians, one about ice and one about fire, team up? At least thats corrected in this.
The story: During a snowstorm, Batman chases Freeze in the Gotham Harbor only to be forzen in ice. With the suit's circuits frying up and his chance of survival sliming, Alfred calls upon Batgirl for help. With her own ice proof suit handly, Batgirl goes to stop Mr. Frreze and save Batman. However, Throne hires Firefly to take down Freeze leading to a three-way fight between Batgirl, Frreze & Firefly.
Like I said, Freeze and Firelfy working together wouldn't happen. In this issue, they fight. Makes sense. While Firefly is hired to take him, the fact remians that I wouldn't believe the team up they had in the show. At least, I was rememebring the good olde "Fire vs. Ice (or Water)" fights comic books had in the Golden Age like in Marvel's Human Torch vs. Sub Mariner.
Batgirl appears again in her second apeparence in the comic. And she gets her version of Batman's freezing suit seen in Season One's "The Big Chill". A precusor for a future toy of her's? I don't know. I had my problems with Batgirl like anyone else. Someone for the female audience, ok. She is fine, don't get me wrong. Its just at times, she can be annoying and what she wants is something Batman is, but she doesn't understand why he is. At least in this issue, she plays back-up. That works. Since #18, Batgirl never carried any problems like in the show at this time.
Last but not least, Throne returns once again. I believe he's gonna be the mob enforcer of Gotham City. Giving, in this comic version of The Batman, a villian, connecting to other villians, who are real in real life.
Overall, this was a nice issue. Art is still good. I would consider this a solid issue. It goes back to one episode of the show and makes a change that even I feel alot of others had that wasn't right. This was good and I'm waiting for the next one.
RATING: 7.9/10

Thanks for posting the final cover Kat! I'm going to be picking up this issue tomorrow. [shadow=green,left,300]No problem Matt, I know you'll love Batgirl's suit in this story I recommend this issue you guys, this is one of the best Batman Strikes I have read, probably topping Riddler's issue! And that is almost a miracle for me to say, so I suggest you all to pick one up. I just love reading the fan mail, (my favorite part) I just loved this kid's fan mail about wanting Riddler and Freeze to team up. I agree completely. ;D Hmm perhaps a Riddler and Cluemaster rivalry [/shadow]

...no one mentioned my review? What are you looking for people to say? I enjoyed the issue overall. I really seeing Thorne carried on from issue to issue...I really felt that the show should've kept him in some capacity.
