Very disturbing, looks great! I've always wanted to see Dr. Strange as a fully overcome villain in TB, and now we get our chance!

Cool episode, but it was easy to figure it all out. Hugo Strange likes to mess with your head. Is next week the future episode? BW Thanks for the graphics Kat, i'll use them for customs.

[shadow=green,left,300] Great episode but as BW said if you know Strange it's easy to see what's going on, but still a great episode. 10 out of 10, Aw I wanted to see Riddler as a mindless zombie lol. Man, that would be creepy I could see him better off as a vampire lol. A fun episode, can't wait for more. [/shadow]

Seeing the beginning, you knew we were going to get a flashback. But the rest I did not see coming at all. Hugo Strange is a genius. All I can say is that for all of you who havent seen it. Loved that cop who shot a REAL looking gun, even if it was more of a taser. I found the narration a bit weird, but what else were you going to do? Another great episode! 10/10! Oh and two words: Police Blimps

One of my favorite episodes so far. I relly like the format, it gave it a real horrror zombie future film kinda vibe. I really liked how it all turned out. Didnt anyone else notice the new motorcylces robin and batgirl had? 10/10

THAT WAS SUCH A GOOD EPISODE! OMG! I loved it. I seriously have to agree with Tony on this one, best episode ever. To be honest with you guys I did not expect the twist at the end. Maybe that's why I liked the episode so much haha. And after the episode I had to like rethink everything because the whole story was basically flipped around. Like how Batgirl and Robin ran away because it wasn't the cure but the toxin.
Awesome points about the episode...
Police Blimps Back Up Bat Cave Motorcycles Strange The twist Animation was really good too
ahhh what an awesome episode

Awesome Episode! Many elements to enjoy and appreciate. The only things I didnt like was the exagerated "Zombie effect" of the virus, and Batgirl and Robin's voices after they were exposed. The animation was supurb. The tone and story were executed wonderfully and great original episode all around.

There's no stopping Season 4! Another great episode! ;D
That was a real shocker of an ending that confused me. So Batman and Robin were infected with a gas that made people look like zombies and they weren't, but then Batgirl cured Robin and Batman almost infected the city for real thinking it was the antidote? (brain explodes)
When did Batgirl and Robin get those bikes?
The zombie versions of everyone were freaky. Especially Batgirl, Robin, and Alfred.
I also liked how they had Bruce growing a beard.
10/10
When do new episodes start again?!

Anything Zombie you gotta love it, this by far was one of the best episodes of the new season, definately a bigger step up from last week's *yAwN* Everywhere Man.
Zombie Alfred was great, and so was Zombie Gordon, I loved how they were all on the rooftop waiting for Batman and Robin to appear and how all you could see were there eyes.
Robin is really growing as a strong character and for some reason I think it is super cool to see Batman and Robin in costume without there masks on
Funny point about this episode that should have had Batman wondering what was really going on was when Batgirl and Robin were chasing after him on the motorcycles, why would they have helmets on? Zombies don't care about that stuff right?

One thing that had my brain going for a while was Hugo Strange's appearance. WHy did he not have the same zombified affect on Batman and Robin? Everyone in Gothma but Strange looked like zombies to The Batman.

But it's just for fun, and I thought it was pretty funny ;D

The Dark Knight brings up a good point as well.

I like how they show that Robin is new to this and that he's still only a child. It was quite sad to see Robin snap when he was in the cave with Batman. Alfred was screaming "HELP ME" or something iono and Robin snapped "STOP IT PLEASE STOP" And he had this fearful look as Batman told him it was gonna be ok. Same with last week's episode with Robin asking Batgirl if she ever gets afraid.

Exactly, but I wonder if Batman was thinking because it was Hugo Strange that things could be a bit different, but then again Zombie's have taken a huge step in horror films with the way they move and stuff, recently Zombie's have been alot faster and actually run in some zombie movies now, a huge step up from the way they were seen back in the day

When did LOSH and TB change their time slot? I woke up to watch and all I found was Yu-Gi-Oh. I'll catch the rerun in a few weeks, but I totally missed when they were moved.

they didnt move for me either, maybe cause CW is a "local" channel, something might have changed only in your area for a special event or something.

This was a freaking awesome ep. Although I miss Frank Gorshins voice. I loved the horror, future thriller aspect of the ep. This is very reminiscent of BATMAN VS DRACULA. i would have loved this to be another direct to dvd. I loved the twist ending. For a minute I was kinda going "ok this is a little bit of a stretch even for batman, everyone becoming zombies" but the end fixed me on that. The zombies were freaky. Its really great to finally have Mitch Pilegi back full time as Commisioner Gordon. DrGreenEvil

Ahh! Here I am late to the thread again. Sometimes (most of the time?) The Batman episode discussions hit really hard day of and day after....and then everyone goes on vacation from the forum until the next episode.
Anyway - great episode! Dare I say - one of the best episodes of the series?
Usually I am all over a "predictable" part of an episode, but I have to say that I got so absorbed into the episode that I stopped being analytical & started getting kinda anxious! Holy zombies, Batman - what do we do?
Sadly, from a direction/storyboard side of things, the red dot that counted down how much time was left and helped transition out of the "combat log" was totally ruined by the glowing WB logo on the opposite side of the screen. Still, it had some great effects.
ayenlou made a great point. Here we get these action-packed episodes, but one of the main things I like stressed in writing - "the human element" is present in Robin as well as Batgirl. This isn't just about adding two extremely young sidekicks to the Batman. The atmosphere around Robin and Batgirl is not going to change - it is still a threat. Just because you're young doesn't mean you're safe.
This question is a rather odd one to ask - has the visual style of Batgirl changed this season? She seems to be a little more...should I say "adult like" in her figure than she did last season. Perhaps that was just from the angular/disfigured look they were shooting for when the people were zombies. I hadn't noticed anything along those lines (no pun intended) in earlier episodes this season. Just this one.

Anyone else catch the Mayor Grange cameo? Just at the beginning of the episode when Batman says "zombies"

I sooo did not see the end coming and I loved it! Even my dad was absorbed into it, lol. Definitely the best ep so far!. And I loved Robin in this one.
It also showed the fallibility/strength of Batman, in the fact that he amost almost doomed Gotham to a terrible fate.
BUT
He did fight his way to the truth, at the last minute. It was loverly!
