Those covers look great, particularly the anime esque Penguin.
Has anyone ever heard of these writers before? I don't recognize any of them

David Hine has written stuff for Marvel, mainly in the X-Universe.

The best thing he ever did, though (as far as I've read), was his creator-owned, 4-part horror tale, 'Strange Embrace', back in the early 90s.

I bought the whole run, and the art styles were all so sporadic and you can feel the Joker's insanity as he tells the stories. The Two-Face story has an alternate ending, as well.
