Thanks for the link Blinker! Hmmmm... it's slightly catchy / attractive but yeah could use some refining. Nothing about the potential logo nor the article itself really pumps me up anymore for the show than I already am... which is only moderately  As I've said before, my hopes arent high for various reasons but certainly willing and interested to see what it becomes. |

The logo looks cool. I think the idea behind adding the Superman shield is to attract fans to the idea that a Superman-related character will be in the show.

Are you saying that there could be more than just Superboy that goes to the future and become a Legion member ? No, just that you will know some of the 250 characters in the first episode..they won't necessarily be Legion members |

Maybe they are gonna take some semi-known heroes that werent in JL(U) or Teen Titans and throw them in the Legion. It would help some for people that have very little idea of whos in the team, especially if its gonna have around 200 characters.

So where are they going to come up with all of those people if not using people from JLU or TT? I hope that if they have a very different art style, we at least get to see the new versions of the JLU.

The lawsuit actually does bring up a good point about this show. If Superboy cant be used, this show will probably get canned before it even airs.
Also heard that the estate of the Superman creators are trying to get the rights to Superman completely back. Think of the possible shakeups in comicdom that would happen if that came through. I have these thoughts of Superman becoming a marvel character.

I dont think they would go that for ,and if they did with the money warner bros and dc get from supes they pay a stack load!
And plus if they did I bet you anything there would be quite a few fan protests!

If this goes through, WB will have to use Supergirl instead. And since she will have all ready left on JLU, I hope that they will make a direct connection as far as style and story with the DCAU. Perhaps have cameos from time to time with JLU and BB.

I didnt see just a discussion board for this cartoon, so I thought Id take a little initiative. If ive over stepped my bounds please correct me. But if not lets talk Legion of Superheroes. In the begining I decided that I wasnt gonna really watch this show, but i gave it a shot and now its part of what I watch every saturday. Its kinda like Teen Titans + Star Trek w/ a young Superman. Im loving all the little DC cameos - Booster, Lobo. Im really hoping that in the next few eps that we see more established characters. LIke the ep thats supposed to have someone break out of the phantom zone, I really hope thats Zod. And the magician coming up, I hope thats Mordru. Even if they are younger versions, it will still be cool. But man I got to thinking about the very last episode ever of this series , its gonna be kinda sad because more than likely they are gonna have to erase Clarks memory when they take him back. But I guess its what you have to do to keep the space time continuum from imploding, exploding, and such. Any one else have some thoughts on the show ? DrGreenEvil |
