Yes, there were 3 versions put out by Toy Biz.
There were also 2 versions of the Joker. One with the painted hair curl and one without.
3 versions of the Penguin. One with a short missle, one with a long missile, and one that just shot the umbrella top.
2 versions of the Mr. Freeze, tho this one is a line packing error, one with a helmet, one without.

I've recently found two different types of the 'round jaw' Bats. One has a painted face, allowing the mold to show a little more definition and one without any paint on the face, making it look ghostly and weird. Also, the non painted face figure's chest symbol seems to be a completely different color than the others. It's still yellow, but it looks more orange. I don't think the face painting and the different color symbols were 'variants' of any type, but has anyone else run across these?
Also, does anyone know why Toy Biz made the three different heads? In what order were they released?

Don't everyone answer all at once!

I would guess it was just a production change, the face painting.
