Discuss today's episode here!
This episode, to me, felt like 5 minutes. It just went by so quickly, and wasn't that good.
7/10

I liked it I thought the episode was pretty good. I like'd the whole "hero's decision" theme behind it at the end. Though the ending with Braniac 5 giving Clark the back-up disc kinda ruined it the mood haha. But I liked the episode a lot. But man the Strange New World episode now that's on a whole different level.
I give Fear Factory 8/10

Superman: Oh my god Brainiac 5 I killed him!
Bouncing Boy: Haha. there's a back up disc silly!
You're right. The mood just shut off completely.

[shadow=green,left,200] A 7.5 out of 10 for me, the ending was surprising I thought well that was weird. Back up disc, the mood just got me. But an okay episode though. [/shadow]

Not a great episode at all IMO. I thought it became more watchable and enjoyable towards the end, but still hardly great. Better than the aweful Ep last week but not by much. This one only gets points for having and seemingly knowing it's identity. This was a silly episode and they knew it. But even as such it was very tired and unoriginal IMO.

Eh, this and last week's episode were not that good. I'm starting to wish this was a solo Superman series.

The last crack about reality TV actually brought this episode up a point or two for me. However, that means it ranks somewhere around a 7 now.
I like seeing creativity or things that are just "different" on occasion. This episode, while it can work, seems like it should come much later in the series after other more "standard superheroesque" episodes have been shown.
There are two types of cliches at work in a series of this type. The first is the villain of the week - or - world faces utter peril BUT can be saved in less than 22 minutes.
The second cliche is the "this episode has been done before in another series from the past." This second one is getting harder to dodge due to the pure amount of TV/movie content that we now have here in the early 21st century.
Going back to my original point, it seems that while the "done before" or "Ahhh...this is just another superhero series" is something they want to avoid, their choices in episodes so far are so different from each other that I am not finding a direction for this series.
"What would you say it is.....we DO here?" (potential Superman quote)
As for us (the viewers), we just finished a new set of three episodes. I believe this means we have some more downtime before the next new episode. Our second "batch" has left something to be desired.

Seems as if the show is starting to fall apart. Hopefully next episode will be better.
