I thought it was pretty cool. Kinda reminded me as a super-powered Scooby-Doo. The appearence of Superman was cool too. I can't wait for Ace the Bathound.

Good show  I have 4 year old little girl and she thought it was pretty good, but she was mad when Ace didn't show up ;D Once you hear the theme song it will be stuck in your head all day  |

[shadow=green,left,300]some of that may be due to the fact that the main character designer is the same guy that did 'A pup named Scooby Doo'! I know about that theme song Mike..it haunts me daily lol. I"ve had to watch this episode about 35 times in the past two weeks, so I'm excited for the second ep..must..have..something....new...[/shadow] |

It was good. Superman looked almost identical to his Justice League profile. Sadly i missed the theme song.
I didnt enjoy Supermans' voice but since he's not a main character there's no problem.

I just watched it today. It was cute. Good voice actors and actresses for a kid's show. There is absolutely no high expectation for this series. It is great for the way it is. |

Friggin adorable.
My daughter is having the time of her life with this show and that is a rarity for her when it comes to cartoons! As a fan, I rate it an 8.0.... As a parent, 10 is not nearly enough!
Now bring on ACE!!

FINALLY the second episode of Krypto has aired! I was getting very tired of watching Krypto's Scrypto EVERY DAY! My son is no less than obsessed with this show.
sigh.
look what I've done!
Anyhew, I really enjoyed seeing Lex Luthor..his voice is great...he's a bit odd looking..but I really dig it! I sincerely hope that they show Batman in the first Ace episode this Friday!

I just saw "The Dark Hound Strikes" and it was really amusing. Ace tells Krypto that Batman sent him to Metropolis after the Joker's Hyenas. There plan was to steal the money from the Metropolis Dog Show. Of course, the Worlds Finest Dog Team defeats them. Ive only seen a couple Krypto episodes and I didnt know the schedule, so Im lucky that they happened to air this ep today.
One thing that confuses me: does Krypto live with that boy he's always around? Ive never heard any reference to Superman at all, but in the latest episode we hear about both Batman and the Joker.

It was a great episode! To answer your question...yes, Krypto lives with the little boy, Kevin. There are MANY references and even an appearance by Supes in the two-part first ep, Krypto's Scrypto. I've also seen Lex Luthor in a few eps already this week. |

A bit more about The Bathound Strikes.
It was written by Paul Dini. 'Nuff said there!
I love Ace's voice. Its growly, but cocky. The characterization is perfect.
This episode especially really harks back to Hanna Barbera cartoons in both action sequences, sound effects and some music. Its so fun to watch..and my son loves it!
Now fans that go into this need to realize its geared for little ones. Its just fun. Don't take things so seriously! I don't want to hear people critiquing the cartoon for inaccurate lex luthor depictions. Lets keep some perspective here. Its just a kids show.
So you ask yourself..would I rather have my kid watching teletubbies...or Krypto that features all of the DC characters we know and love! Easy choice for me lol (although we end up watching both. sigh.)

OK-When I first saw the art for this show I HATED it...I thought it looked way too stupid.BUT...now that the show has finally aired....I have to say I love it.Its really very well written for a younger kids show.There are many references to Superman,Batman,Luthor,STAR LABS,heck even Kryptonite.Any DC Comics fan will get a kick out of this show.I'm digging it more than The Batman show.And by the by,Streaky has oddly enough become my favorite character-he gets all the best lines!

[shadow=red,left,300]I finally caught Krypto this morning. Not sure of the name of the episode, but it was where the little boy (Kevin) became a pet for a family of gigantic dogs. I must say that I enjoyed it, just wish I had some kids of my own to share it with.
Can't wait to catch a episode with Bathound. ;D[/shadow]
