You guys might want to check out some TRUs soon. They have added a Batman display diorama. It looks neat having all the vehicles on display.
I hope this is a good sign that Batman is doing good with LEGO and hope for new LEGO sets!

Just saw it today - my local TRU has Arkham, the Batwing and the Batmobile.
I was wondering what this meant - does this mean there's more to come, or is this meant to help promote slow-moving sets?
With this in mind, I looked to see what else was on display - my store has the Dinosaur sets and the Ferrari Racing set(s) also on display. Does anyone know how these sets are doing?

Generally it's meant to promote the existing sets. You guys are lucky though, My TRU has a display w/ Arkham and the Batwing. Arkham would be cool but the buildings are all turned around. Would have been more interesting if Ivy's cell was displayed.

Saw these displays this week. They actually didn't make Arkham look too appealing...sort of a sloppy build or layout or whatever. They had a "Buy 2 sets, get one free" sale on select Lego lines but not Batman or Star Wars...might that mean it's doing well?

I took some pictures for those interested. They are a bit blurry but you get the point. When you press the button it has the movie announcer guy saying that the Joker has escaped and planning an attack on Gotham...only Batman can stop him and bring him to Justice!!! From Left to Right: Jokers Copter, Batwing, Ambulance, Arkym Asylum, Nightwing, Two-Face On the case, there are mug shots of all the villans and then set they last appeared. <br>   <br> Enjoy!!! |
