Just an update, i just read the killing joke last night and loved it. I love the whole idea of it, how the joker wants to prove that anybody can be pushed over the edge, making himself fit a little more in the world. But i have to say, i think the ending was a bit...well, it felt a bit like it didnt fit. The joke i mean. It was great up until the point that batman started laughing. I think it would have been better if joker had made the joke and he was laughing by himself, laughin at his own joke, while batman led him away.

Everyone always talks of how good long Halloween is but every time i go to the store to pick it up... well when i see the illustrations i just don't like them i guess. But I'm sure the story will over power that. I'm going to the store right now and I'm going to get the TDKR and Long Halloween.
I suggestions for you are: The entire No Mans Land series 1-5, Hush 1 and 2, War games act 1-3... well start with those.
