I decided to post here instead of hijacking Dorian's JokerHC thread. This is a list of those so far that I have found who have "died" but were brought back.(Why is still up for debate):

there are alot more. also a few that you listed havent made a return from the dead. Jade has remained deceased, as has Matt Hagen and Kathy Kane and Captain Boomerang. there are way too many characters that have died and returned to even list.

Can we really count Kathy Kane, I mean wasn't she retconned? Though what about the current Batwoman Kate Kane? How do we know they didn't bring her back in as that. Crises are confusing sometimes. |

Kathy Kane as Batwoman was retconned. Kathy Kane the circus owner was a regular character who was killed by Bronze Tiger. Kate Kane is a completely seperate character in no way related to Kathy Kane.

Ok, after further research, Matt Hagen's remains were used to create a post mortem version of Clayface by the "Mudpack". Captain Boomerang was temporarily brought back to life by Argent James Jesse in Rouge War.
Jade was seen in the final issue of 52 in which she was shown as a member of th JSA on "Earth 2".(Though not named as Jennifer, she looks identical to Jen.) However, given that this was penned by Grant Morrison, I'll agree with jlavaia that Jade ain't back.

Matt Hagen's remains, not actually him as an alive character. he didnt speak or move through the entire arc and remained deceased throughout it. Captain Boomerang was re-animated for about 5 minutes and only one person saw him, so he really didnt return. Earth-2 Jade is a different character than New Earth Jade.

The one that still bugs me is Kathrine "Kate" Kane. While it is true that Kathrine "Kathy" Kane was killed by the Bronze Tiger, the character was retconned as a lesbian, and a short time love interest of Rene Montoya. From what I've read, KK is the same character, just in an updated image.
