I've been to every retailer in my area in the last two days and they all say the same thing - the movie masters have been recalled and it may be months before its lifted. Mattel is really shooting themselves in the foot here.

Just got back from my morning hunt. Went to Wal Mart first. They had a big display for all the Batman DVD's, including GK and SEBegins. They also had toys everywhere but NO MM's. Im not suprised as my WM never did cary them. Still no t shirts either.
I then headed to TRUs. As I was told last night they didnt get anything in. I did see the manager and he said they arent scheduled to get anything until the July 18th premier, thats when they'll have the Tumbler/Pod set as well.
Headed to Target. Nothing. Half empty pegs. Asked one of the stock clerks, was told they had nothing in the back and wont have a new truck until next week.
Just for the hell of it I went to Super Kmart, since they are the "Official Dark Knight Headquarters". I was actually suprised. They had signs all over the place advertising as much and had a big display right up front that featured everything from the toys, posters, bedding, shirts, and cereals. NO MM's though. They did have both versions of the exclusive 3 pack. One with purple Joker, one with green Joker. They also had the newer Hot Wheels so I grabbed the Tumbler.
I then went to Circuit City to grab my Gothan Knight and get my free patch. They didnt have it. A sal clerk said they never got their shipment in. So I went to Best Buy and bought the tin set that came with a movie concession coupon and a character bio book.
When I was in the mall I went into FYE to see if they would be getting in the DK score next Tuesday and they didnt have anything listed in the computer for it. I swear these stores suck.
At least I got my Gothan Knight and a Tumbler.

^^that what i did 3 weeks ago, i reserved my stealth launch from TRU. i went my local walmart and TRU and no MM's wave 2 ill keep looking.

The MM wave 2 has shown up here in Kansas. Wal-Mart had 2 BB Batmans, and 1 Scarecrow. They said more should arrive around the time of the movie.

Why does my local Wal-Mart have the stealth launch tumbler but TRU isn't getting it until the 18th? Went to TRU this morning looking for Movie Masters...no such luck, but they did have 5 12" Bruce as Batmans.

I went to Wal-Mart at 8:00 a.m. this morning to get the DVD's that were being released today (The Batman season 5, Gotham Knight SE, Batman Begins DVD gift set, Batman Begins Blu-Ray gift set) and sadly they only had the season 5 set and Gotham Knight SE (I was lucky enough to find the two gift sets later on). After I picked up the DVD's I wanted, I decided to check out the figure aisle even though they hadn't had any new MM figures since I was lucky enough to find the first wave on the day they put them out. I was extremely surprised and happy to see that the stock girl had just finished loading the pegs with the MM wave 2 figures. I quickly grabbed a Begins Batman and one of the cool butt Scarecrow figures. There were no chase illusion Batman figs, though. In total, I counted about 12 Batman and four Scarecrow figures before I picked mine up.
Oh, and I live in the southwestern part of Virginia, if anyone is interested.

Today fedex brought me the new nokia dark knight edition cell phone. It came in a sweet box and included a joker card inside the box. The total cost was around 75.00 for verizon customers. I havent activated it yet but it comes with exclusive downloads of the dark knight. It was featured on the back of the current dc batman related comics. Happy Hunting, Larry

Well, the other day I got a TDK umbrella and TDK Gogurt, and a TDK Hallmark Sound card that when opens says "Well A guy that dresses up as a bat clearly has issues" from Batman Begins.
Not to mention the action figures I have seen on TV that look wicked.
I also saw a TDK Back Pack and two TDK watches.

Any word on when the Masters will be coming to Indiana? I've been checking both my K-mart and Walmart, but this is such a small town, I don't think they even know a new Batman film is coming out yet ..

Found 2 cases of wave 2 MM figures.
Case 1 had 2 Batman Begins, Joker ,and Scarecrow
Case 2 had 2 Chase Batman , Joker, and Scarecrow
Scarecrow is a Great figure
Check your Walmarts at closing, picked these up last night at 10:55 , five min. before the store closed.

Today I got a package from the distributors of TDK for Bulgaria. Inside were a TDK Logo cap (I think its a crew one) and 3 holographic post cards - each has the pictures from the Batman/Joker/Dent posters changing.
I'll try to post a pic these days.
I also saw a TDK Backpack.

I found the Begins Batman from the Movie Masters Series 2 today at the Monroe NY Wal-Mart. They only had the Batman left (5) When I left there were still 3 on the pegs. I just bought the new Bat-Pod launching tumbler today at TRU for $27.99. And although the figure on the Bat-Pod isn't removable the only part of Bats that looks to be attached to the pod is his crotch.(The legs and hands arn't permanantly attached to it.) So I think there might be a way for a talented customizer to remove him if they were inclined to. After visiting my local Wal-Mart every day for the past two weeks, I've finally managed to get my mitts on the Movie Masters Begins figure. For almost a month my Wal-Mart (Greenville, SC) has had several empty pegs with Movie Masters tags, they finally filled them all up with basic figures a week and a half ago. I visited there yesterday (Saturday the 12th) around 5 PM and there was nothing new there, only peg upon peg upon peg of basic and those god-awful deluxe light up figures. When I visited today around 3:30 PM, there were two Movie Master Begins figures just laying on the bottom of the shelf, no pegs or tags or anything. No Jokers, no Scarecrows and no Fear Toxin Bats. If you're in a Wal-Mart be sure to look through all the figures, because it looks like the employees are just literally throwing these things on the shelf.

I was in my local Wally World Saturday morning and was able to get Batman Begins Batman, Chase Batman Begins, Joker and Scarecrow. I could not believe they were all there on the peg. Awesome!!!!

At Target I picked up the 4" Thug 2 pack, TRUs, I grabbed the Pod launching Tumbler and at Wal Mart I bought the music score.
Also worth noting, Super Kmart had Movie Masters for 9.99!!
