This is a very enjoyable series.
Although I liked last weeks ep alot more. This one was still top notch. I agree with Batman that Bwana Beast's powers are really disturbing. I loved how the Batcycle became a bat-flying device. Wildcat's voice was perfect. The old age thing was really well done. Showing what happens when a superhero gets old is something that hasn't really been explored that much. Batman's moment with Wildcat were he said he was like a father to him was nice. I loved how Wildcat got out of the turtle trap by taunting Slug. Their fight was really good. Did anyone else think Slug's outfit of short shorts was really disturbing ? A little to form fitting as well. The Outsiders were interesting. Glad to finally see Black Lightning on tv. Not sure I like how they messed with their established back stories. But I really like the idea of them now being students of Wildcat and the next generation of superheroes.
Can't wait for next weeks ep. Really interested in Kamandi. And someone on another board swears he saw Green Arrow and Speedy in the trailer for next week. Next week will be really good either way. DrGreenEvil

DrGreenEvil I saw Green Arrow and Speedy as well. I'm thinking they will be in the intro. I am loving this show. I've always been a fan of team ups anyway, so this show has that going on for it. What I am really impressed with is how each hero is different and how their personalities collide. This more intimate approach with a hero a week seems to give more interest into all of the characters. I think they are doing a good job as far as animation too. All of the stuff Metamorpho did was quite clever. I think they could have done more with Black Lightning, but given the number of characters this episode had, it is forgiveable. I am waiting for this show to get some more love because right now there doesn't seem to be much interest. I've been looking on the internet for screen captures from of the villains that escaped in "Day of the Dark Knight" (or whatever last week's episode was). Can't find a pic of the Imposter Mad Hatter anywhere.

It was okay, but making the Outsiders evil didn't fly by me well. Black Lightning's original origin story is great and shouldn't be messed with. I'm not so upset about Metamorpho's because they changed his in Justice League also, but at everything bad he did was a result of a trick by Stagg. And I would have liked to see Katana in her cosutme instead of some sort of Japanese school uniform or whatever that was. Also, I am upset that they did not include Geo-Force.

Maybe she'll wear it next time she's on. She does wear a costume on the cover of #1 of the upcoming comic.

Mini episode with B'wana Beast was favorite so far. Actual episode episode however was my least favorite though of the series. Did not care for at all for how the Outsiders were portayed. Never thought of Metamorpho as the teenage, street punk type.

Still going good. I thought this episode was another good one! The intro was kinda hilarious, with Batman saying his power was gross, lol. Then I loved an evil version of the outsiders, and an old wildcat. The moral of the story was a very good one that I thought could be a good one for the kids. Wildcat was kinda hilarious and I loved to see the Batmobile transform into a Bat-Cycle.

What'd you guys think of our old pal Scott Menville as Metamorpho? You may remember Scott as the voice of Robin in Teen Titans.
