I just thought of something interesting. They said in Battle for the Cowl that two Batman appear in Gotham but neither are the original. In another interview, Morrison said that some of the Earths that survived the crisis were the Dark Knight Universe and the Vampire Universe. (see where I'm goin yet?)
So my thoughts are that the Batmen of those two universes will appear in Battle for the Cowl.
EDIT:
I have some predictions based on the new titles starting in June.
BATMAN AND ROBIN
The first page from Part one of RIP show a new Batman and Robin, and Robin looks too young to be Tim. So my guess is Damian will become Robin, which would explain why there's a new title for both characters. The new Batman is training Damian just as Bruce trained Dick.
RED ROBIN
Jason resumes his role.
GOTHAM CITY SIRENS
Birds of Prey replacement.

all of the earths survived Final Crisis. Superman recreated the multiverse to as it was before Final Crisis began.
the only problem with your first theory is that the Earth-43 Batman, which is the Vampire Batman from Red Rain was killed in Countdown Arena. so i wouldnt expect to see him.
