Dose ANYONE Know were to get the deluxe bat-signal batman from Mattel??? Maybe From an Online store because I’m not traveling to Australia or the Philippines just for this cool figure. Here is a pic and article for this VERY HARD to find batman action figure. Any information would be greatly appreciated. www.mwctoys.com/REVIEW_042905b.htm

Well sadly you would have a tough time getting the actual figure overseas now even if you did make the trip : ( It hasnt been available on shelves there for at least a year or more and never here. I'm afriad I dont have any resources to anywhere online that may have one. But FYI, unless you are specifically looking for THIS figure or it's accessories, the new DCSH Bat figs are from this mold. They are identical but for the colors... and considering how the licnse stands, I wouldnt be shocked at all to see a black version down the line. I was fortunate enough to get a couple of these and they are cool. I LOVE the attack armor (blue version in the link) even with his tiny head.

Honestly, even though DCSH3 Batman is probably the greatest Batman figure made yet...I would totally buy the Attack Armor Batman if they released him in this series. Hopefully with a ball jointed head though ;D
But you know, Mattel even rereleased the Robin, and more recently Superman from DCSH4...so one would be safe to assume that Attack Armor Batman could show up in this line too right? Hey Mattel, if you do rerelease it, please don't give it a horrible paint wash, and keep the long cape on!

Yes indeed... we can sure hope. The Attack Armor is probably my fave (even as I said with his tiny head). I just really like that figure and his cape is about the best.

You could make your own version by taking a DCSH series 1 Batman and paint the black. If you have a spare Zipline Batman sitting around you could substitute the capes out. You would not have the featured Batsignal but for $50+ you could get DC Direct's version on ebay.

The problem with the DCSH wave 1 Batman is that although it is a retool of Batsignal Batman, the rubber cape causes some problems that Batsignal Batman didn't have, most notably, and unfortunate, is that it makes his ball-jointed neck joint a cut joint instead, and forces him to be looking down at the ground all the time. Not to mention he doesn't come with the awesome Batsignal accessory. Of course, if those things are okay with you, buy all means, get the DCSH 1 Batman. Otherwise, I got my Batsignal Bats off eBay a while back, and I think that's gonna be your only possibility, although I don't know how fruitful it will be now, if at all. But maybe you'll get lucky and find one for an okay price. Good luck to you if you decide to continue pursuing this fig. And if you can't find Batsignal Batman, or don't want to go through all the trouble trying, I feel that DCSH wave 3 Batman, a new sculpt, and for the most part out right now, is the best Batman there is, so you can look into him as well. He should be easier to find, at any rate.

Thanks for all the info. I’ve tried Ebay for a while now and haven’t come across the figure yet. I’m just waiting till some doesn’t want it anymore. Actually all I want is the bat signal that comes with the figure. (Sigh) maybe someday.
