yeah, every member of the Batman Family has a figure made, in some form, except the current Azrael, Orpheus, & Onyx. everyone else has a figure.

Simon Dark is not a member of the Batman Family and he has absolutely nothing to do with Batman. being based in Gotham doesnt make you a member of the Bat Family. if that were the case, than Alan Scott, Ragman, Etrigan, etc. would all be considered a part of Batman. GCPD members are not a part of the Batman Family either. they're cops. and Montoya does have a fig. she got a fig of her as The Question in the last wave of minimates.
