Today while going to town, I decided to buy an action figure (Batman of course)! I usually just buy comics, books, and other miscellanius items but with all the topics on toys on LoG I decided to buy one! And I think they are pretty cool. I got a Batman action Figure from the Batman Begins line!

Congrats! Welcome to the world of obsessive toy collecting!
Just my advice...only buy what you really want..don't give into the hype.
I think my first Batman was the Kenner Super Powers edition back in the mid-80s. Good times.

My first Batman toy that I can remember were the movie figures! I remember I use to make my mom go out and take me to the mall everyday after kindergarten to go get one. I think I had like 8 of them? hahahaAnd now they are all gone

My very first Bat-toy is the Batman Combat Belt from the animated serie.
that time I even hadn't the money to buy 1 figure so I had ask my mother so many times she gave it to me. it took about a month before I got it. But it was more then worth it. ;D

Showing my age - my first was a Mego Batman My first Batman was also a Mego figure (along with Robin, of course, couldn't get one without the other!). But my first action figure was about four or five years before that, G.I. Joe (back when he was 12 inches tall). Complete with face scar and Kung-fu Grip. I don't have any of those anymore. I think the oldest figures I still have are Luke Skywalker, Artoo-Detoo, and See-Threepio (all bought the same day in 1978). The oldest Batman I still have is the Toy-Biz movie figure (I have one still on the card too, somewhere).

That's the dark blue Bats from Presents, circa 1991. The 1989 version has a much lighter blue pain app.

Okay, now I'm really dating myself here. My first Batman figure was the FIRST Batman action figure, namely the great CAPTAIN ACTION of 1966!!! Here he is sitting astride the rare Irwin Batcycle.
