I was checking out the upcoming "Alice in Wonderland" movie, and the Mad Hatter looks awful! It's like Kefka got fused with him in a transporter malfunction, or something? The pics are at disney.go.com/disneypictures/aliceinwonderland/ -- Gallery section; he's the first and sixth pictures.

No, it's a Tim Burton version -- it's just being distributed through Disney. Just wish he wasn't making it look that freaky?

^ah, but that's Burton's style. He is a visual director. He always goes for the elaborate. His Gotham City was Gothic, and looked dark, even in daylight, which is how I pictured Bruce's backyard. I enjoy Tim Burton's movies.

No, it's a Tim Burton version -- it's just being distributed through Disney. Just wish he wasn't making it look that freaky? its a Disney version made by Tim Burton. its half live action half motion capture. also this movie has absolutely nothing to do with the original book its supposed to be based off of. look at the title of the movie, that alone tells you its not close to an accurate depiction of the source material. this isnt close to an adult movie. it was clearly announced as a children's movie. why film producers continue to think that adult books should be turned into children's films is beyond me. basically this film is Tim Burton spitting in the face of Lewis Carroll and trying to do a very poor sequel to two of the best books of all time. it supposedly takes place 10 years after Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, and basically disregards Through The Looking-Glass (though tries to incorrectly portray characters from the story). its very, very clear that Tim Burton has never read either book and is the absolute worst person to helm the film.
