Ultimate Colossus has several: He can withstand getting slashed from Woverine's Claws, He got his super strength from a drug called Banshee, his eyes are vunerable even in his "steel" form. He also can succumb to Rouge's touch in "steel" form. Ultimate Wasp is still married to Hank Pym, she has at least 2 PHD's, and has Asian features.

Again, in that same vein, what are the differences between 616 Ben Grimm and Ultimate Thing?

There's still one big thing about Colossus and one big thing about Wasp that you didn't say.

Hmm. May have to re read the comics again. I'll have to get back to you on that one.

Hmm. Well, not that I thought it was a big deal, but Ultimate Colossus is gay, while his 616 counterpart is not. Ultimate Janet was physically abused by Hank while dating, and also she was eaten by Ultimate Blob.

Okay you got what I was thinking about about Colossus.
But the main difference between the mainstraem and Ultimate versions of Wasp is where her powers come from.
On Earth-616, The Wasp and Hank Pym get their powers from "Pym Particles". While in the Ultimate Universe, The Wasp is a mutant. Her powers are natural mutant powers and Pym became Giant Man by reverse engineering her powers and such. In the Ultimate Universe, Pym Particles do not exist.

^Gotcha. Good question. Got an answer for mine? I asked what the differences are between 616 Ben Grimm and his Ultimate Counterpart.

OK, no answers, here goes: The Ultimate Thing weighs more than his 616 counterparts, and it is rumored that he is stronger than the 616 version as well. Ultimate Ben was recorded at pressing 7 tons psi per finger, before the machine Ultimate Sue had Ben hooked up to broke. Also Ben takes his transformation into the Thing harder than that of Ben Grimm of 616.
Here's a Batman one: And this one you won't find on Wikipedia. There is one other person who is named Clayface. What was his name, and how did he become Clayface? (hint: While not in the mainstream DCU here in the United States, he is considered Clayface in the 1966 Shoen King/Batman Manga)

I knew there were at least 7 in the US DCU. This one is the Japanese Version. He has a different name, and orgin. He appears in several of the Shoen King/Batman: The Terrible Clayface encounter, and the 4 part Revenge of Clayface.

^One more hint: His transformation into Clayface is similar to Matt Hagen's. But a major detail is given that differs from Hagen.

Ferris was his name. He became Clayface in much the same way Hagen did, however, when he stole the protoplasm from STAR Labs, he became Clayface full time unlike Hagen who had to re apply.

Hold on a minute Jlavaia. You said there are seven Clayfaces. I only know of five, Basil Karlo, Matt Hagen, Preston Payne, Sondra Fuller, and Cassius.

^ you forgot Johnny Williams. and Peter Malley is technically a Clayface since he was created from Cassius, but he's referred to as Claything instead of Clayface. there's also a strong possibility that there is an 8th Clayface that hasnt been named yet. there's too many layface appearances that dont fit, and the look is off. there's a Clayface that we are to assume is Karlo, but he looks more like the Williams version, with alittle Cassius thrown in. its weird and i know its do to lack of research on the part of the writers and the artist wanting to make his own impression on the character, but i can clearly see this being fixed with them just having him be a different Clayface. i look at it as a seperate Clayface, especially since in those issues he is never named and acts and speaks differently than Karlo, who is supposed to be the only living Clayface right now.

^ Johnny Williams is the Clayface from the Hush stroy arc. he was morphed into Jason Todd and fought Batman until being revealed as Clayface. his entire backstory and mostly the rest of his appearances came in the last 20 issues of Gotham Knights. he was Tommy Elliott when Hush kidnapped Alfred so Alfred would tell Batman, but Alfred had amnesia and didnt remember the event. he framed Alfred for the murder of the blackmailer. then he turned against Hush and cleared Alfred's name. he was in alot of issues. its surprising that you dont know who he is. i thought everyone had read Hush. you should check it out if you havent read it, its definitely worth a read.

How 'bout a new question?
Marvel-
How did Max Dillon get his powers?

Its not Zurenah(sp?) is it? incorrect. and Max Dillon became Electro when he was repairing an electrical line it was struck by lightning giving him his powers. but no new questions, until the old question is answered correctly.

What series is that from?

^I think it was a Golden Age age story, was it not? I seem to remember it from a Golden Age Batman trade paper, This Batman came to visit the past, and even "subbed" for Bruce when Bruce was injured. That story stuck out, 'cause the future Batman was having trouble not using his future gadgets.
Also real easy one: I got $20 that says jlavaia gets this one right off the bat: What comic did Ghost Rider first appear? I am looking for name and issue number.

^ Marvel Spotlight # 5. a true gem. and you are correct about the future Batman. he made a few appearances during the 50s. the series kilowog, are Batman and Detective Comics. and they are currently considered canon due to the updated Batman continuity.

^ you caught me. the secret is now out. lol. i actually enjoyed the Ghost Rider movie quite a bit. Cage should have broke out his appearance from Con Air for the part though. i'm hoping he goes that route for the second movie. he needs the longer hair and the stubble. at least Cage has guaranteed us that we get super bad butt Johnny Blaze in part 2 and that he'll definitely be drinking heavily and riding the hammer lane, which to me is excellent news.
